Established in 1993.

Ted has been marketing insurance in the Rochester area since 1993 primarily for one company in what is known as a captive market. The insurance industry has changed dramatically in recent years, so in 2006 Ted decided representing only one company was no longer in his customers best interest. Therefore, the decision to become an independent Insurance Agent was made. This allows the agency to offer many more companies, products, and services than were available in the past. Since client satisfaction is the top priority, Ted felt that an independent agency will best serve his clients needs now and into the future.

The process was painless. I recall sitting there before working with a knowledgeable woman to get my insurance plan drafted. I wasn't there long. She gave me a huge road atlas, which was my driving bible that guided me along my numerous road trips. I wore my atlas down so much that it looked beat up. I noticed recently that I still have a neon keychain from Bruce Fujan State Farm with a coiled end that acts as a wrist strap. It doesn't glow in the dark, but it's so bright that it should! I paid for insurance monthly. It came out of my chequing account each month and was perfect for my needs as a new resident of Rochester. I had my car for three years. Terminating my insurance plan was straightforward when my lease was nearly over. I called and had it all set up. It was nice to stop by last week and still see my former insurance company still there. I remember getting nice Christmas cards from this place each year, which was a nice gesture. Luckily, I never had to file an insurance claim during my entire lease. If you do need an insurance agent in Rochester, I'd recommend coming here. I had an excellent experience. (2)

There are no First Alliance Branches in town where you can drive up and talk to a person with a pass thru window. Every time I use the kiosk I have so many issues. This last time I tried to deposit $60 it literally spit it back at me 5 times. FIVE TIMES. While my baby was crying in the back. I finally left (without depositing the cash). Opened an account at Premier Bank in town because I asked the banker if they had any plans to ever put in a kiosk instead of a person at the drive up - he said they will not. So moving things over there. I'm not hauling 3 littles into the bank with me to deposit $60 when I can drive up elsewhere and have a quick interaction with someone and pass it through a window without flattening my bills in a book for a week to prepare them for a first alliance kiosk.
