if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company is an absolute joke and is not capable…read moreof providing services which they claim to be able to provide. Our kitchen countertops, backsplash & bathroom countertops are complete hack jobs and unfortunately, we are going to end up completely replacing everything that we just paid to have put in. There were red flags from the beginning. We paid the company over $10,000 for depott which they cashed however they never purchased the slabs that we picked out. They tried to blame it on MSI for selling the slabs however after I personally spoke with them it was made clear that they have a very bad reputation with this sort of thing and actually never purchased them! In result, We were supposed to have our install on Monday, they call us the Friday before telling us that we are going to have to select new countertops-- they tried to make me select something different over emailed pictures!!!! I ended up going to picked some thing that was in stock, about $3,000 more than our original budget but wanted to keep our same timeline. The slab Company shipped them immediately. I get a call Monday of them rescheduling to the next week. Then get called in the next week to "Approve the cuts", get there for them to pretty much just deliver bad news that they in fact did not calculate things correctly and we needed four slabs to do the job correctly, not three! At this point, I was defeated and just told them to do what they needed to do to get the job done, they proceeded. I get rescheduled again to the next week for install. Finally, they start installing them, I gave the workers their space while they were installing, but watching them pretty closely. They leave That day and I realize that they broke a whole corner off of one of my countertops and attempted to glue it back together. It looked absolutely horrible. Nothing was ever said to me, so I am immediately called the company. if that wasn't bad enough of the seems that they have done are absolutely horrible. They have either completely overfilled to where I have epoxy all over my countertop. There is literally a physical line where the two pieces go together. Whoever is doing their fabrication cutting is also doing an absolute hack job. I voiced my concerns to the company and their excuse. Was they not familiar with working with this type of stone. I would never ever ever recommend this company to anybody. I cannot believe that we followed through with using them when the red flags were there at the beginning-- it's just simply because we were in a time crunch. We will, unfortunately also be taking legal action to see that we are able to get at least some type of compensation since we will be ripping these all out. WE WERE OFFERED NOTHING BACK & THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO REQUEST 800 MORE DOLLARS FOR THE BRACKETS THAT THEY USED ON OUR ISLAND!!!

We also purchased a dining room table and chairs from the showroom. Again the workmanship, quality and price are outstanding. In addition, the staff are kind and very knowledgeable. On one of our visits, we were able to get a tour of their wood working shop which was amazing!
