Therapists wear gloves and there is no dipping the stick back into the wax. The best thing about the set up is that there is a tv in each room where you'll be lying back and watching Sex and the City episodes while your wax takes place. After the sugaring, Tracy goes back with a magnifier/light and tweezers to make sure she gets all the strays. You can make an appointment by calling on the phone - I wish they would take appointments online, but it's okay.
