She insinuated I was a liar and became extremely defensive and I suppose did not expect that I would defend myself and not allow the mistreatment. I asked to speak to her supervisor and I guess verbal abuse to women is thing... based on my experience and reading past reviews. He outright called me a liar, started cussing at me, calling me other names and became extremely threatening and verbally abusive and I mean EXTREMELY verbally abusive. I did not feel safe dropping my rental back off to him with the threats and verbal abuse. However when my significant other approached him to address the verbal abuse he surely didn't speak to him in that manner. Weak minded man who verbally abuses women but cowers when a real man confronts him. They also charged me for a late fee which was their fault and what I called to address in the first place. They double charged me for insurance for my rental. The workers there are nasty and disrespectful and I find it hard to believe that they are still in business. I am writing corporate and submitting formal complaints with business bureau's and licensing agencies. This was unacceptable! I researched my options and after numerous calls and discussions with several roof repair companies, I found RV Roof Worx. For less than half of the previously quoted price from the local RV shop, RV Roof Worx tore out and replaced the portion of the roof that was damaged and applied their fiber-reinforced silicone protective membrane on the entire roof. The best part is that they give a 20-year warranty on the roof coating. Now I can spend more time enjoying my RV as opposed to worrying about a leaky roof.

We walked in after some pretty crappy service at the big rv box store, explained my situation to the gentlemen, BOOM! Answer right away. Could have made a sale off us, instead, explained to me a better option which required a local hardware store. No bs, no sugar coating, down to the point and very friendly about it. Couple days later, had to come back for a vent for a '64 Zephyr, BOOM, part in hand, money exchanged, no bs, no sugar coating, in, out and a new LOCAL place to support and not a big box store. MEN, they have all the men parts for your camper, not so much cute women things, but just about everything a man needs to keep vacations fun. Lights, fixtures, cords, water fittings, fridge replacement, a/c replacement, vents, plugs, caps, it's all there.... LOVE these gentlemen!
