I am writing concerning my experience with the service department today. I was unscheduled and had a few big ticket issues. The manager fit us in, handled it, triaged issues with me, and got me settled up by 3PM today. I want to keep my Rogue. It has 122K miles and is a 2022. It has seen 15 states and has been a dream, except for when I took it to another place to have the oil changed and they put the filter in backwards :( Brightside, this dealership took care of it and it has been fine (that was 20k miles ago.) I STRONGLY suggest you look somewhere else! This dealership is one of the worst! I made a deal on a truck over the phone and when I got to the dealership, the salesman tried to shove the paperwork in my face at the full price. We haggled a bit and I finally bought the truck. About a week later I found paperwork from a bodyshop in the glovebox that proved they lied about some body damage. They are NOT transparent, just liers. read more

I just had an extremely negative experience with this dealership. I expressed interest in a truck on their lot and received a call from a salesperson. I confirmed with the salesperson the price of the truck and also confirmed that I would need the truck shipped to me since I'm out of state. He said he would work on it. 6 hours later I still hadn't heard back from the salesperson so I texted him and asked him for an update. He said his manager is working on the shipping of the truck and will give me a price quote the next day. So today comes and the salesperson says he was quoted $5,000 to ship the truck to me. That's absurd as I've shipped several trucks and it's never over $1,500. I tell him I'll just find my own shipping company. I then tell him to please send me the price quote we had discussed yesterday. I reviewed the quote and discount that we talked about yesterday had been cut down by 30%! The best part is on the website the truck is STILL advertised with the full discount price. I ask him why he didn't give me the full discount that we discussed the day before and his response is that the discount price was an "accident" and that the website takes 24-48 hours to update. He also tells me when I sent an email request for more info it was at the time when the discount wasn't as large. Complete BS. So not only does the salesperson go back on his word about the price of the truck, he refuses to give me the discount that is STILL on the website! This is why people hate the dealership experience. Salespeople at Superior Nissan Conway do not honor what they say to their customers and don't even honor the discount prices on their own website! read more

Jim and Amber were probably the best experience I ever had. I tried Toyota before Nissan and they treated me like garbage. I got here a Nissan they were very welcoming . Jim he listened to everything I said I liked about cars and he actually got me into a brand new 2025 Nissan I LOVE IT it is actually better than the preowned hehe . Jim made it seem like we were family and he found what I liked vs. trying to just get me to sign papers. It was my first time and he did great explaining everything. I took my car in March 2025. To have the transmission fluid changed. I dropped it off. It took a little over an hour. I had noticed that there were scratches on my Left bumper and left door. I know that it had come from there. The day prior I had it detailed. Everything looked perfectly fine. No scratches at all. I contacted Nissan in Conway Arkansas And explained what I saw. They wanted pictures. So I sent them pictures. They got back to me will a time stamped photo of when they say I dropped it off. I didn't see any scratches. I don't know how they did it? But they did. Nissan was the only place I went to that day. I know it didn't happen any where else. I will never go there again! $310.00 I spent for service and left with a scratched up car.I guess that I'm not the only one who experienced a negative experience. Just by reading the reviews. Bought a vehicle from here and the auto warranty that they recommended. When my car had issues, I took it to their service department. They kept it 3 weeks before filing a claim! Any contact with them during that time was initiated by me. When they did finally file a claim, the claim got denied due to a loophole by the company. Oh and I had to call that company to find out about the claim. They said they called Superior and superior didn't return their call. Superior does not stand behind what they sell (and recommend). They wanted to charge me over 16,000 to fix my engine. And I never got an apology or anything about them having my vehicle for 4 weeks through the process. Save yourself. Do not buy anything from this place, after purchasing not one but two new vehicles at almost the same time from these people we have had nothing but problems from them. And any time we bring our vehicles in to have warranty work performed they try to lie , and cheat their way out of performing the work. Just bought a new Titan 3 weeks ago. It has been back to the service department twice already for vibration issues. I was told by Drew the general manager today to come pick it up. He says they cant not fix it. That its the tires on the truck so i need to buy a new set of tires even though all the tires are balanced so they cant be causing the vibration. So tomorrow im going to drive back over there (2 1/2 hours for me one way) for the fourth time to get my new truck that still vibrates. Drew says he doesnt have a answers for me on how to get the issue resolved. Only thing he can tell me is thats its my problem now. Truck had 182 miles on it when they delivered it to me and now has about 1500 which have mostly come from taking it back and fourth to the dealership in conway. Also no other dealer will fix this truck because superior Nissan installed a off road package on this truck marked the price up 7800.00 (according to the msrp sticker that was on the window) and set it on the lot to sell. read more

Not so superior... I will agree about the Josh guy, the sales manager, he was very nice,respectful, and helpful in my time of need. The service department is a joke. I called the service dept. after my car broke down( just purchased 6 months ago ) and was "helped" by a very rude service guy who basically told me it was my fault for not purchasing the extended warranty, when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told he was not available. And to top it off, when I brought my car in prior for an oil change. I was told I needed $600+ for maintanence( radiator flush,etc.) When I asked why this wasn't done when my car was pre-certified and reconditioned to new I was told it didn't need it then--really??? When the car was being purchased, everything was great-sales team was helpful and worked with us to get the car--no problems. The transaction was very smooth and comfortable, but when it came to my vehicle being broke down and my wife being stranded while I'm outta state for work. That's a different story, $75 to tow and $100 for one of their guys to just "look" at it. And then told it will cost either a couple hundred or a couple thousand. Thats real reassuring. So as long as you don't any car trouble--these guys are great. If your car won't start because of a faulty part, that should have been recalled, then good luck...because you will need it. read more

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I have to to write this comment. SUPERIOR Nissan of Conway is a used car dealership & make it a habit to LIE to customers, especially senior citizens like us, just to sell a car. We were told we were buying a 2015 Juke w/all-wheel drive by Brian. Come to find out it only has front-wheel drive. We explained that we need all-wheel drive because we live in the country & winters can be rough with dirt roads & Brian assured us this has all-wheel drive. Mike, the manager, LIED to us for months about finding us a comparable all-wheel drive Juke that we could switch out for the same monies & payments. We were very clear about that & he agreed, at the time! Months later he called, said he had 3 comparable car on that lot & 1 on another lot he manages. We went in on 8/24/17 & he LIED again & said he never agreed to a comparable car. He tried to get us in a 2017 w/8,000 miles for more money & higher payments. When we refused he ordered us off the lot & refuses to make good on the agreement. The Juke I do have also has a short in the radio controls on the steering wheel & he refuses to fix that. Brian & Mike are the epidemy of a sleazy used car salesman! They'll lie right to your face! DO NOT USE THIS NISSAN LOT!!! In August 2014 bought a used Toyota Tacoma. When a price was agreed, went to finance manager" Yeo" and there was an additional $700 tacked on. I question this and was told it was a car care product "PERMA PLATE". Told Yeo that I didn't want it and he stated is was included in the cost, all who buy new & used cars get this. With trepidation I left. Looked a contract more closely and it was not included in agreed price. So beware of this man. Also was told that they would fill the truck up, had half tank when driven off lot. Yeo and sale guy had both told me that Superior had hired them in from out of state temporally to get this dealership to increase sales. Great place! Just bought a 2014 Nissan Altima at Superior Nissan in Conway. Great selection of cars to chose from & very knowledgeable sales staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We worked with Tim Simpson and he was great in making sure we got the exact car we wanted and worked til he got us a great deal on the car and made sure we knew all we needed to about it before we drove off the lot. This makes the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Superior in Conway and when we are ready for another one we will be back! No reason to go anywhere else. They will work hard to get you what you want and make sure you are happy before you leave the lot. Well I have to say exactly the same as most of the others. Terrible service department. I bought a used car from this dealer with 30k miles on it. Bought the extended warranty because they were selling the car with allmost no warranty at all. Salesman sold me gap insurance , extended warranty an service plan., I kept asking him how much was all this extra , he kept saying dont worry its only ten or twenty dollars more a month. I asked him if I could opt out of any of this at any time if I thought it was to high. He assured me it was no big deal , So I went onto ask him if I would be charged any fees for opting out , He told me absolutely not. Well his ten or twenty dollars added 8,000 dollars to the price of the car. I couldnt believe it , so I called em up an said I wanted to opt out of everything but the extended warranty. First thing they did was hit me with a fee . Well right off the bat the rotors started wobbling on the car , Went to the service department , this is where the run really begun. It appears the extended warranty he sold me has a deductable . Well I was telling the head of the service department what the car was doing an his answer was well lets put it in the shop an fix it an then see if its covered by the warranty. Yeah right. Diagnostic fee an deductable IF ITS COVERED!!!!!!, His assistant , was perfectly willing to talk to me about the car, He talks ninenty miles an hour . Fast talking as they come , He kept getting the look from the head service man to shut up . lol. But he would end up saying exactly what the head man told him to say . Only he butters you up an promises to take really good care of you , I could see right off the bat this was going to go nowhere at all. So I asked the head man what would a wheel bearing cost to put it on my car. Man told me way over 500 bucks for one wheel bearing. So I decided to fix the car myself , even though I bought the extended warranty. I bought rotors from the Nissan dealer in Russellville Ar. The service department in Russellville are extremely polite , helpfull. an go out of thier way to be nice to you . HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. If youre gonna buy a Nissan Id recommend buying from them. Anyway, I put the rotors on an it takes most of the wobble out of the car. Remember this is a car with hardly any miles on it. I bought this car to commute , all interstate driving. So Ive installed the new rotors an Im still wobbling., So we figure out the tires cant be balanced. Brand new tires superior put on the car to sell it right. I contact superior an the service department informs me that no tires are warrantied by a dealer, none , nada ,zip. These are Continental tires. I contact a continental tire dealer an they tell me theyd be glad to warranty them , if I bring a bill of sale proving I bought them. Soooooooooo I contact superior again about a bill of sale an they refused to help me at all , They told me they bought the tires not me. even though I payed for the car , lol . So I bought two new front tires , car did way better, but still wobbling, So I bought new tires for the back of the car an finally , the car quit wobbling. I would not recommend buying a nissan versa to anyone. If you do , buy the open mags , dont buy the steel rims with hubcaps are you will probably be replacing the rotors the first hot summer comes along. Bad design by nissan. looked it up on the net an other people having the same problem. Versa has way to much road noise. Its not that bad at first but when you drive 70 mph all the time it starts to drive you up a wall. You cant roll down the back windows also. You do an you get the helicopter noise all through the car. Oh yeah Nissan contacted me an I told them all this an they were really upset about , I can tell cause they said it was unfortunate an then they never contacted me again. lol. real smooth . I talked all this over with the nissan dealer in Russellville an in Hot Springs an one I believe was in North Littlerock an they sald the same thing. Nissan Superior got to me , I just hope this car last me a while. I would not recommend superior to my worst enemy. If I had an enemy . If your looking for a cheap on gas commuter, buy a kia with the big warranty. I used to love nissans , but I will buy kia or hyundai next time. This is the honest truth of my car buying experience with superior nissan. Now watch em try to sue me over my opinion. Ive read a few good reviews for them on here, I can only assume theyre relatives or girl friends. Or theyre just making it up . lol Buyer beware.
