"Motion is Lotion" is the motto to follow for me. She has an extensive background and doctorates in Physical Therapy as well as certifications in many areas such as manual therapy, cupping, and dry needling. We have had a lot of success using the cupping and dry needling in which my headaches have actually slowed down a bit with the additional of a home program that includes stretches and exercises to do at home. Her platform is more of a 1 on 1 system so she can fully address your needs. Which is really nice as other locations its always with another patient or more. She is cash only (but can use HSA/FSA) I've also seen her do a lot of work with younger athletes and I'm just amazed at the difference that she can make. I'm hoping no one else has to experience what I experienced at the hands of Dr. Chandler Mann and his assistant on that day. I must say that prior to this experience, I never had any negative interactions with him. I always felt comfortable and had the utmost respect for him because of the way he treated me. I had very few visits with Dr. Mann because I prefer to take the least amount of medications as possible and I tolerate pain well. The majority of my visits were required in order to have injections scheduled and administered in my back at the hospital. My last visit with him left me feeling disrespected and misjudged. He made assumptions about me that are clearly not a part of my character. I expressed me feeling distraught about his assumptions to his assistant (the girl that sits in the back office) who was cold and calculated. Her tone and body language spoke volumes and she was not willing to listen or hear what I had to say. I vowed to never return to his office or be treated by him. I'm a very patient, kind, compassionate woman of God. An educated, reputable, hard working mother of two amazing sons, one of whom is currently serving our country. There's nothing about me that deserved to be treated in the manner that I was treated by Dr. Mann, his assistant or anyone else. I deserve better!!!! EVERY patient should be provided quality care and treated with respect and dignity regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender assignment, and financial resources or lack there of. I have been back once but I scheduled my appointment to see the Nurse Practitioner who is an angel. I wanted and needed her to know about my experience as well as help me prepare for my back surgery and bid farewell. She has always been amazing and treats me the way I expect and deserve to be treated. I highly recommend her to treat everyone who needs to be treated by someone in this specialty. All of the other staff there with the exception of the girl that's stationed in the back are excellent. I rated 2 because I needed to give credit to my amazing Nurse Practitioner although she deserves 5 on her own. However, I'm rating the practice which includes Dr. Chandler Mann and the not-so-nice girl in the back. Be better...do better!!!!!

Thankfully I met Rachel through CrossFit, and after talking to her briefly about the issue, she was positive that she could help me rehab the injury (no crazy surgery necessary!). Scheduling an appointment was so easy, and within ~10 minutes of my first visit, she was able to diagnose the root cause of the issue and began forming a thoughtful and thorough treatment plan that was easy for me to adhere to, even with my hectic work schedule. Under her care, I was able to come back even stronger from that injury and haven't looked back! Her and her staff were fantastic. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because I do not care for the new location. It is VERY cramped and dark with no windows, like a dungeon, and the layout is quite strange. To get there you have to walk down a long, long hallway through another doctor's waiting room, then finally you get to the equipment way in the back by the emergency exit. I know she probably moved to this new office to save on rent, but it's a big step down from the bright, roomy clinic she had before. I would still return for PT with her, however.
