" I just got out of surgery and rehab hospital for last shoulder replacement.He didnt even look at my records or history which had already been sent to him. He wouldnt let me explain all my surgeries. He didnt listen to me at all. He proceeded to bad mouth my other Drs and My insurance a medicare advantage Cigna/Heathspring. Which he says will not pay for treatment or the therapy he insisted will help me.He said I need a medicare with a supplement which I know is another 300$ per month for both me and my husband . we live on social security . we cant afford a 600$ + part D plan coming out of that. He is listed as a Cigna /Healthspring Dr. Why I dont know ?cause they have been paying for everything on EOB i get every month. .He said "Im not the Dr for you"Because I have too many things wrong .But he said I can do more Ablations on your husband and do surgery and therapy, I guess he does not like" White" women. but likes the White men? Very Rude . and I would not trust him to work on myself or my husband of 42 yrs. so back to hunting another pain management Dr. who believes in Pain management for old crippled people.Like Us ...what a waste of our day. After calling around, I chose Spring Klein Physical Therapy because they took my insurance and had a good Yelp rating. Stephanie. I thinks she's somehow related to Mr. Miyage from Karate Kid. She literally had me do some wax on, wax off exercises, but amongst all the stuff she had me do - I'm out of my sling and my arm is working again. I'm not trying to sugar coat anything, you have to work for it - but she will get you mobile again. So, if your body's check engine light is on, or you're having trouble twisting the pop top off - get in here and get moving again. I felt rushed, as if on an assembly line, and the adjustment was unsatisfactory. Although a simple adjustment is a covered service with my insurance carrier, with a $0 copay, the receptionist and office manager refused to bill for the service and demanded I pay the full charge, $50.00 (This was after I declined to schedule multiple other services.) I paid the $50.00 charge and left. I reached out to my insurance carrier for reimbursement assistance and they advised charging me was a breach of the provider's contract and the carrier attempted to reach out to the provider to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they were met with hostility and defensiveness from the office manager, along with a flat refusal to reimburse for the service. I won't return to this provider, ever.

It is VERY cramped and dark with no windows, like a dungeon, and the layout is quite strange. To get there you have to walk down a long, long hallway through another doctor's waiting room, then finally you get to the equipment way in the back by the emergency exit. I know she probably moved to this new office to save on rent, but it's a big step down from the bright, roomy clinic she had before. I would still return for PT with her, however.

So for 2 days after my daughter went to this urgent care she was still having fevers Tylenol was helping but for a limited of time.
