He was a patient of Dr. Ali's for eight months, his pain was inadequately managed (no relief at all) despite extensive and well-documented history by this practice. I watched the quality of his life change drastically during this time. He can't even leave the house any longer for more than an hour. Even more upsetting was being asked whether he had seen an "addiction doctor." (Was the last straw) He is a PAIN Dr. he of all people should understand a patient who is exhausted because their pain isn't being managed, desperate, moody, angry because they feel invisible. People living with severe chronic pain are already suffering. They should not leave a pain management appointment feeling judged, dismissed, or ashamed for needing treatment. After everything my brother has endured, he deserved better care, better attention to his medical history, and above all, compassion. He left the office upset to say the least, and said he was done was not coming back. Dr. Ali said he was firing him as well and "I'm not giving him ANY medicine." This was by…read morefar the worse experience I have ever experienced in a hospital, starting with the unprofessional nurse who was extremely rude and mean to me an elderly disabled patient she hurt my arm badly and continued until I requested a new nurse, which made that first nurse mad. well a male nurse with really bad twitching problems came in and began to stick a needle several times in my arm and couldn't do it because of his nerve condition so that left me pretty scared up. Once again leaving me waiting for hours to get the proper help. The anesthesia men weren't any better. Finally the two guys who said they were the anesthesia guys came in my room then began asking my daughter to leave the room right away at that point I explained to them over and over to please give me very little anesthesia or I won't be able to wake up! Of course they didn't listen to me after I explain to them to please read my past doctors chart I only need very little anesthesia due to my past history of not being able to wake up. They just laughed and said don't worry you won't remember anything after this! After surgery I was bruised in areas that should not have been touched, and left with a long bloody cut on my are and chest that couldn't be explained nor could they explain the hair in my eyes. The workers should all be fired their was a lady who called me took down all of my information and what happened to me she said she was the vice president over the hospital, but all I got when I heard back from her was made up excuses for all of the cuts and bruises on my body and the hair in my eyes... The hospital workers I explained are all TRASH and they lie for one another! Please shut up because I opened a…read morecase with EthicsPoint and you didn't do sh*t and Dr. Butler himself said it would not go anywhere and it sat since FEBRUARY with no update just as Kathleen Eberle, the owner did not give a sh*t and did not reply my email or return my call. They'll end up with a malpractice case soon because the care, abuse of authority, lying on providers, cancelling appts, claiming provider is not available is BS, this office is dangerous amongst our elderly population. I said I would add more proof and will. Only reason for 1 stars is due to me liking Butler's stories about his upbringing. In my 20 years in healthcare, this has to be in my top 5 worst workflow and medical care by any office I have ever experienced. It was never Butler's assistant - it is everyone else. If you have an elderly parent or loved one, at the first sign of BS, start working on finding another neurology office. I get it, sometimes it is hard to get into neurology but schedule elsewhere while being treated at that practice until your appointment with another neurologist comes around. I lost count of how many offices said "No comment" about that practice. For one, that hippo/boar hybrid Helen Muniz they hired as a manager is a liar that tries to abuse authority and as Dr. Butler said, Kathleen Eberle (the owner) don't give a damn, reporting to her is a waste of time. I won't say what else Butler said but turns out he is correct, I got her email and phone from my BIL, a Memorial Hermann provider. I also printed those Mychart messages and showed Butler and he said to ignore and said I should ignore Helen Muniz. That Helen Muniz an evil, miserable cloud couch. The worst her attitude becomes then the more weight she gains. Check out the message from that bear/infant elephant hybrid Helen Muniz sent to me after she decided to include herself into something that had nothing to do with her, not realizing I recorded myself every time I stepped into that office and recorded every call. I initially started recording due to the CONSTANT appt changes prior to my first visit and needed to show my job my efforts. With my initial visit, I had been scheduled for 2 months with them calling and canceling on a Friday before closing, via voicemail. I am glad I did recorded because Dr. Butler does not document anything, even medical records, Lindsey T said how annoying it was. That clinic despise MyChart messages because all they do is lie and prefer to play phone tag - I stopped answering calls and said to message me via MyChart. Butler does not document anything and yet you're left to defend yourself against the staff. He wouldn't even look at records. It took for me to take records back to him at the instructions of another MD before he looked at records. Even with paperwork, the staff intentionally documents the wrong stuff. The BS stopped, started, and stopped again when I made my attorney boyfriend my emergency contact. I reported that 3bedroom house named Helen Muniz to the nursing board as well due to entering an exam room acting on behalf of the MD, not realizing she was being recorded with Butler saying he has no reason to even talk to her about his patients. I asked for her superior FOUR times and she ignored me, with Lindsey T in medical records lying for her as well. I also started my process of reporting this office to every entity I can think of as well. Then I dare them lie and say I was a problem patient because if so, why would Butler offer me a medical school letter of recommendation without me asking? I respectfully declined three times due to not liking the care I received and I think he was offended so I cancelled all upcoming appts. Two of the appt I was unaware of having. That was another problem, scheduling appts without informing me, knowing some of the appts don't show up in the portal. It happened multiple times. None of them better not dare respond because I will then post more evidence to back my claims.

I have never been more frustrated with a physician in my entire life than I was after my FIRST visit with Dr. Bilal Dar. During my appointment, he told me - more than once - "The reason I'm even seeing you is because you were Dr. Ye's patient." That was a REALLY rotten feeling. After asking me a bunch of questions in a rapid-fire manner, he THEN told me that HE "sees no reason to continue" my current treatment plan, which Dr. Ye changed a bit, but put me on himself prior to leaving. This is basically the SAME treatment plan I have been on for YEARS - through the revolving door of doctors I've gone through at this location. Dr. Ye had told me I'd be "in good hands" and "taken care of" upon his departure. He was WRONG!!! My chronic chest pain symptoms do NOT reflect an illness that checks every criterion of Dr. Dar's and fits into a nice, neat box. My body is weird, and it never presents with normal ANYTHING - ever! I have had moderate to severe chronic chest pain since Christmas, 2014, when I was diagnosed with two moderately large Pulmonary Embolisms in my right lung plus lung infarction. In ADDITION to that, I've only been able to work part-time because this "trauma" to my lungs has made it tough to do things. Dr. Ye's treatment plan gave me a GREAT quality of life to where I wasn't always in the ER because of my chest pain. I was able - and confident enough - to work!! He controlled my chest pain - as did Dr. Fuke before him - and whomever else I had in between them (then again, those physicians LISTENED to me!!). Dr. Dar, as he quickly fired questions at me, made SURE to throw in, "If you had been seeing me from the start, you would NEVER be taking medication." Is there an issue with him with patients taking pain medicine? It is NOT OKAY to make a patient feel ashamed of his/her treatment plan - whatever it is - if it works for them!! Dr. Bilal Dar would NOT listen to ANYTHING I had to say - even when I tried several times to tell him that his treatment plan was going to WRECK my quality of life and have me often going to the ER for chest pain. I told him I was scared, anxious, and that I KNEW my body could not handle this change. His answer? "Go with my plan, or find someone else." During my appointment with Dr. Bilal Dar, I felt completely disrespected, ignored, and unheard. I did NOT feel like I was listened to at ALL. My concerns were NOT addressed, nor did I have any say whatsoever in my care. Remember the old adage, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." DO BETTER, and work on that Bedside Manner, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
