Everything is always top quality and the customer service is by far some of the best I have had at a butcher. Their recommendation are always on point and they even will provide you ice packs on request for your freezer bag if you are going to be doing some shopping or have a decent drive back home. I love that they are well knowledgeable about all the products and take the time if you ask to explain the differences in the meats and how they should be cooked for the best experience. If you are ever by the grove or farmers market ask for Brandon (likes to go by B) or Byron they are always willing to help and make sure you are more than satisfied with your purchase. The great thing about them is that they are father (Byron) and son (Brandon) which means they are passing down the skill set and knowledge regarding butchery and meats. If you are in the area or have the means to travel I definitely recommend supporting this establishment at least for your ultra premium, exotic, or seasonal meats.

He gave a few recommendations and even a list of the different types of meats that were sold and their prices. I explained to him that my German Shepherd, who was once my brothers who recently passed was suffering from allergies. Itchy, skin, ear infections, etc. He is very knowledgeable and even gave affordable recommendations. He even gave me some version on the house. Gestures like this go a long way with people who are going through tough times and loss. To know there are still kind people out there means everything. My nephew and I thank you as well as the rest of the family. Hopefully I can get a hold of my German shepherds allergies and begin to experiment with the other types of meats he had mentioned.
