I reached out for a quote last week to a few companies and Superior got back to me first. In fact, they were the only ones, and boy am I glad they did. Within a few days, Pete had come out and emailed me an estimate of work to be done. Responses to my emails were fast and helpful. I was able to get the work done exactly the day I wanted it, just a few days after the quote was sent. It was rainy today and I was supposed to have some roof work done and then at noon Superior was to come to wash the house. Well, as I've come to expect from many companies and contractors, today came and went and the company for the roof work never came. It was raining so I expected a reschedule but got nothing. I was worried the pressure wash would go much the same. To my delight I received a call from Pete who let me know the work was still getting done today but that the rain was making the previous job run a tough long. I greatly appreciated the proactive communication. He ended up arriving about two hours later and rang the bell and let me know what he was going to be doing. And then the one man show of Pete went to work on the siding of my house. Once covered in a nasty green, it shines like new today. Pete even touched up some spots on the brick front and saw a piece of deck furniture that had seen its fair share of dirt and cleaned that off too. The only thing that he didn't get, perhaps because I didn't mention it, was the concrete right below the singling where the house meets the ground. Either that or the discoloration there is something that needs a different treatment. This year we've had a good amount of work done at home as new homeowners with lackluster handy skills. I've been disappointed with everyone I've dealt with, from painting to flooring and simple gutter cleaning. Pete handled every part of the process from quote to commutation to work. That is the type of ownership that is rare these days and shouldn't be taken for granted. He was courteous and did a damn fine job making me feel proud of the home we purchased and less like the new kid on the block with the algae-green siding. Can't recommend them enough and looking forward to using them for gutters and deck refinishing in the future. read more

Superior Pressure Washing knocked it out of the park! I surveyed 3 pressure washing companies and the details of their work. I have a 18x7 front porch w/railing. A large amount of stone work exists at the front of my home including a 20ft walkway, 50ft long full concrete driveway with a stone wall on one side, 50 ft of sidewalk to the back of my home. The walkway leds to a stone patio 30x15 surrounded by a stone wall and a elevated 8x10 porch w/steps and railings. The Superior price was the best, the conversation with the owner Pete was thorough. The employee, Chad was very polite. He arrived at 10 and worked the until 3:30... Job well done! The process they use for treating algea, mildew etc is applied first. They use a rotating disc scrubber on all flat surfaces, everything is rinsed and all of my stone and concrete look NEW! They will get my business in the future. read more
