I contacted SDGS after business hours on a Tuesday evening, and they were quick to respond through Yelp and schedule service for 8am the following morning. Their pricing was fair, and they completed the job in less than an hour for a two story end unit townhome. We had two sections of damaged gutters on our house that I wanted to get replaced - we didn't think we could afford full gutter replacement since we priced work with another company last year and it was way out of our budget. I recently moved into a new house and was getting some water in my basement. I realized that it was probably (at least partially) due to gutter issues. I called Same Day Gutter and they were there within two hours. I didn't actually expect same day service. They gave me a quote on a cleaning, so I had them do that. After they cleaned them, they gave me a quote on repairs which I knew I needed. I had them do those and got a quote for gutter covers too. I have every intention of doing the covers, but put them off for now as I have many other projects I need to get done first. At the very least, I'll have Same Day Gutters back a couple times a year for cleanings if not for other projects (the owner also has a building/reno company). Originally called Ned Stevens for a clogged downspout. Was told they would be there in 1-3 days. They showed up a week later. They left 30 seconds after arriving because they heard dogs barking in the back yard (I watched the whole thing on my Nest Cam). I had told them we had dogs and I also told them the dogs were locked in kennels and could not get out. Was then told they would be back the next day. Three days later they still had not showed up, so I called and cancelled them. I then found Same Day Gutter Services online. I called, and the man said he could have a crew there within an hour. Jorge couldn't keep it straight which day we had agreed to meet for an initial estimate. I had to follow up with him after radio silence to see when they were coming.
