Essentially, despite the yelp profile stating a "free estimate", it will cost you closer to $200 to get a quote. I see this as false advertisement. In addition, when the technician concluded that the problem was the capacitor, I received a final quote of $600. When I googled the price of the same capacitor online, the price range was in between 75$ - 150$. Essentially, they are charging a premium of at least $450 per replacement for a single part (capacitor). Despite their professionalism and quality work, I do not recommend this company for the reasons stated above. If price is not a concern for you, and you would rather pay twice the market value for a job then you should definitely choose them. EDIT: I actually googled the price of a capacitor and offered to buy my own. I was told that by the technician that if I purchased my own capacitor that the company would not install it. In conclusion, they did not address any of my concerns. Unfortunately, after reading the other bad reviews, there seems to be a consistent pattern of discrepancies between what they tell customers and what they instruct technicians to say on site. He came out to my house, advised the best place to set the shed, and nailed a color combination of siding/shingles off the top of his head which would match my house. After I made my decision, Craig had the site installation crew out with a week to grade and fill a nice, level stone pad, and a few weeks later came back with the delivery crew for installation. Perched on a windy hilltop, Craig worked with me to incorporate hold downs on each corner of my shed for a bit of piece-of-mind, and actually took the time to show me how the contraptions worked. Unfortunately, the delivery crew arrived without my ramp to the garage door. A few days later, after being away for work, I arrived home to see that Craig had come out and installed my ramp for me while I was away. A couple of weeks later, I noticed that the door was out of square. Knowing that I had already accepted the installation, I sent Craig a note asking if he knew of anybody that could do some repair work to correct the door. 2 days later, Craig came out to my house and spent some time to meticulously level out some of the stone under the base of my shed. They had a young man and his partner came out and they went in the basement and to the roof and told me all the work I needed done. They had to add a new and wide liner, fix the deteriorating staccato, ensured that there was no chance of carbon monoxide and of course the cap. It was well worth the investment. The first appointment I had there was a scheduling mishap so the woman that took my call offered to deploy an emergency weekend team but I opted to reschedule for the next week. The work was done in a few hours. I was worried about squirrels still getting into the attic so I put a metal trap up there but nothing has been in the attic since and no water seems to be coming through the wall. Highly recommend.

We especially appreciated their free estimates, where many competitors will charge for this. They sent Noel to inspect our chimney and fireplace and got us a quote very fast on a big project that involved re-lining two flues, power washing and brick pointing our chimney, replacing our chimney crown and chimney caps, installing a new damper, and repointing brick in our firebox. We liked their work so much we asked them to also do masonry work on our porch, replacing cracked bricks and brick-pointing where a previous contractor had done a poor job. As was mentioned by another Yelp review (and many reviews about this company in other websites, like home advisor) what sets this company apart is their excellent customer service. Ana is very accommodating and an excelent communicator who kept us in the loop every step of the way. We have recommended them to our friends and would definitely use them again in the future.
