The company called to give us a heads up about supplies coming, asking us to take a look making sure it's what we want very informative. The day they came the whole crew was amazing. they took extra precautions do to limited space between house, garage and pool shed. Jason and the company went to do the pool shed and realized that the pool shed roof and structure needs more than what they could do. jason gave us options. Once we get the pool shed fixed the company has agreed to come back to finish the job at no additional cost. I was very satisfied with the roofing job that Superior did on our home. Superior was quick to respond and within less than a week they were doing a walk around of our home to give a written quote. We agreed to have them do the work and within a short time we had a detailed contract of what would be done. Despite the lumber yard's increase in the cost of pine sheathing, Superior honored the lower price quoted within the contract. Chris and Jason were very friendly, attentive, and responded quickly to any questions that I sent by text or left through voicemail. There were a few minor mishaps during the job. The wind was blowing on the day of the job, and a piece of sheathing toppled into our siding. Within a couple of days, they were back with materials to repair the minor damage that had occurred. Additionally, a bird feeder had accidentally been damaged and they reimbursed us for the full amount. I would definitely recommend Superior Roofing. We are extremely pleased on all aspects of how this job was done. After a few days delay due to a period of rainy weather, they actually came on a Sunday to start work. The crew they sent was hard working and dedicated. They started around 9:00AM and finished up a little after 6:00PM. other than a short lunch break they never stopped the entire day. Even after the unexpected discovery there were a large numbers of roof rafters that were rotted and needed repair, they made a call, had the necessary materials delivered to the site and never missed a beat. The clean-up was so well done it was as if they were never here. Frankly, they left the yard cleaner than it was before.. The final bill was only, even with the extra work, $800 more than the original estimate. Frankly, we were expecting it to be at least twice that if not more. Better warranty than anyone else was willing to offer at the cost. The roof was done in one day and the clean up was amazing. Like it hadn't happened at all save for the brilliant new roof in its place. They even came back the next day to make sure the clean up was done to my liking! The roof looks Superior!! Everyone did a great job. The quality of the materials used, the expertise of the workers and the clean up is excellent. They worked quickly to get things done before it rained again. The night before it rained so much that part of our lane washed out by the brook. They still came through with their trucks to get the job done. Three of the workers, while on their break, took the initiative to take their wheel barrow and shovel, went down on the lane by the brook, and picked up and shoveled up rocks and gravel and filled in the worse of the wash out. The whole process from estimate to completing the job was very easy. I had issues on my end and they honored their estimate 5 months later. Robbie and all of the guys showed up and got right to work. Robbie went above and beyond. He found my gables were boarded off and went into my attic and took the boards down. I don't have a finished attic and it was very hot that day. The job was done quickly. I expected it to take longer but it was done in a day. The clean up was thourough and I haven't found any nails or any other debris anywhere. We hired superior roofing to install a brand new roof as our 30 year old roof was tired and was losing more and more shingles with every storm. Their price was competitive and the new shingles are good for 50 years! Our roof was completed from start to finish in one day! It looks fantastic, I chose my shingle color from quite a variety of choices and I couldn't be happier. I received three estimates from roofing contractors and they were the only ones that told me I had the wrong skylight for the low-pitched room it was on. No wonder it always leaked!!!
