I brought it to another auto repair shop and was told I needed a whole new engine, costing $7,300. My vehicle is 10 years old (very low mileage) so, of course, this was not ideal. Someone recommended to try Bertinot's. They were able to run the diagnostic the day I brought my car in and it was fixed by the end of the next day! I was informed of the issues and told it absolutely did NOT need a new engine. They spent time testing every issue to be sure the repairs were taken care of and explained every step. My car runs great and multiple repairs were done. The cost was only $1,028. For a vehicle not starting and an engine replacement recommendation, I never imagined the cost would go from $7,000 to $1,000! I have not had a single issue since and my car runs great. Attention to detail was obvious and customers best interest was very appreciated.

The car was at his location by 8:15 Called after 1.....hadn't been looked at Called after 2.....still not looked at because someone else had been there all day. Had to ask if we should just come get it....answer was yes Car was in same spot.... No concern for young woman driving 12 hours alone Did not call & explain they would not be able to look at it today. They could have just told us not to bring it in if they weren't going to look at it. We ended up having to find another place to take it, where it was fixed within a few hours.

had lots of work done, found lots of hand tight bolts, most importantly 4 transmission mount bolts…read morehand tight , half quart overfull w oil , rear end half quart low of fluid ,alternator plug not fully in , now brand new clutch throw out bearing is making noise. i dont recommend this shop. I just hope they tightened the bolts inside the engine tha i cant inspect. Its sad ,, you can't hardly trust any mechanics anymore.. very sloppy and pricey.

Today we went there just to have a rear brake light replaced. We had thought we could install it ourselves, but it was tricky. The man in the office actually came out in sweltering heat, assessed it, got the right tool and pried off the plastic covering that had not been removed for years--and he was extremely pleasant while doing it. He didn't even want to be paid, but we insisted! I LOVE this place!
