Two years ago, I went to this car wash regularly. They had the best…read moreself service around. But it has been declining. Today, I went to use the wash. I had a dollar bill and some coins on me. So, I put my dollar bill in the machine, and then tried to pay the $2 more with the coins. But the coin machine was broken. My only other option was to use the card reader. It charged me $10!!!! I could have just gone through the full service wash instead and spent that. On top of that, the mechanism that moves the seperate wash and brush cords was broken, so every time I moved to wash the car, the brush cord followed and tangled. The wash had trace amounts of soap, and the spot free rinse was broken as well. I'm so disappointed in this visit, and will not be going again. Hopefully I'll be able to contact someone to get at least the extra $7 back. :(

I use this place only when I have Matthews wash codes and then I go to the Main St Laserwash / Endicott below, which is superb... they have 4 blowers with the outer ones which oscillate side to side... and I always receive a spot free wash from them!!!
