I had a flat tire while on a Highway, I was able to get to an off ramp but it was a heavily traveled area. Nu- Look responded very quickly with a roll back, took my vehicle back to the shop, repaired the tire problem & I was able to continue home. if I can put zero stars I would. I had sent out my car to get fixed long story short they never fixed it properly. when a new mechanic saw my car for another issue he knew right away what happened to my car without telling them just because of how poor nulook collision "fixed" my car. They agreed to fix it again. and which they did not and my car is still messed up until this day. brand new car they got. and did not fix. now there is this lady Kim Karabinos who is extremely rude. She constantly threatened to take me to court as well as harrassing me via email Writing in capitals and using explanation points. Just very rude bad business. Go somewhere else ! Nu-Look Collision gets the job done fast, which is something I like about them. I didn't need to have my rental long, and they got my baby back to me within a week. However, I think that also might have caused problems. My poor car had been hit three months before, and I took it to Bucci Auto Body in Ardsley (because of my location at that time). Bucci took close to a month, and there was a lot of cosmetic damage, but the car looked NEW when I got it back. Mint condition. Like I just got it out of the dealership. Then three months later, an accident from a flipped over truck caused underbody damage to my car (long, weird story). There was a little cosmetic damage to the grille and front bumper. They did a good job in fixing it, but when I got it back, the transmission failed. Because of my location around Thanksgiving, I had to take it to a repair shop back in Rockland County for a new transmission. I was aggravated that they didn't catch a dying transmission. I know very little about the mechanics of a car, so I didn't realize the subtle symptoms. I did go to complain after the holiday, and they made good on their mistake by working with the liable insurance company and getting me reimbursed. Overall, they did pretty good work on my car, but this issue shouldn't have happened in the first place. A lot of people aren't as lucky as me to have the option to shift manually in times like this (it's automatic but I can press a button if it's not shifting properly), and this mistake could leave someone stranded. read more

Run! Stay away! Unless you enjoy endless disappointment. Seek your repairs elsewhere. My experiences (2), both times missed repairing submitted damages. Received the truck back with an air bag light on. They told me it was a Hard code that had been in the truck when I dropped it off...I had to drive the truck for 4 months before they could get it in to fix it. Curious, I never seen a light. A mechanic fixed it in 2 mins, somehow the pressure sensor in the passenger seat stuck, all better. Hard code my A$$. So they are liars to boot! read more

My vehicle was towed to Nulook after it was in an accident. I went to retrieve personal belongings out of the vehicle after it had been towed to there facility. They denied me being able to retrieve my belongings unless a tow bill of over 2,000.00 was paid for a less than 2 mile tow. read more

These people are rip offs and thiefs! They had ny car for less than 48 hours but charged me for three full days plus 275$ for a 15 mile tow totalling $410!!! And the very large blonde woman gave me attitude when I gasped at the price acting like that was a normal!!! I should have been treated like gold for paying that much not given attitude.
