Whether or not this was an accurate statement, this was INCREDIBLY discouraging and not what you want to hear when it comes to sending something of value. Do better.

Flipping through the book and my renewed interest in discovering more about my family tree made me want a copy of my own. Mind you this was a spiral bound book filled with many interesting facts about my family, heck I was even in the book since it was first published in 1985. Grandma recalls having this book bound before by the team at Copies Plus so we went down to place an order for yet another book to be created. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and accomodating. He looked the book over and agreed he could do it the same way. I think it took roughly all day for them to do it and we picked it up the next day. The book was exactly like the other and I couldn't wait to get home with this to discover more about my family. They came out and measured all of my windows, but when the installer arrived, the shade for my door window was too short. The installer never mentioned the issue--I had to point it out myself. To make matters worse, there were three additional windows that had been measured, and I was under the impression they had been ordered. When the installers didn't install them, I called the office to find out why, only to be told they had never been ordered in the first place. That was a very disappointing surprise after waiting for installation. I also specifically requested that the installers give me about a 20-minute heads-up before arriving so I could be prepared. I never received a call--they simply showed up. Mistakes can happen, but poor communication, ordering errors, and failing to follow simple customer requests made this a very frustrating experience.
