Pretty discouraged. I had a "Happy Return" and told the gal plainly "this slip needs to go with it--it details my exchange information" she proceeded to NOT include it in the package and I reiterated "no this needs to go with it." And she begrudgingly opened the plastic bag to put it back inside saying "happy returns won't look at it anyways. It's just going to sit there. There's no point in putting it in there." Whether or not this was an accurate statement, this was INCREDIBLY discouraging and not what you want to hear when it comes to sending something of value. Do better. read more

I had to pop in for a return while on this side of town. There was a line but the staff was nice and got everyone through quickly. I also didn't realize that there was a self-serve kiosk for returns until I saw someone else use it. I will try it out next time. read more

Went in August 13th and had 10 copies made for a total of $5.30. I asked how much per copy, the clerk responded .25 cents. I said 10 copies should have been $2.50. The clerk said there'a a $2.00 service fee which she failed to mention before making the copies. The sales tax in Idaho is about 6.25%, even at a 10% rate that doesn't equate to .80 cents in tax. There has not been a time that I have not gone to the store and there's 20 people in line with one person working two if we're lucky and the third person is in the back doing whatever when they should be upfront taking care of the customers in front of them. I also see you have more one star reviews, but all I see is apologies and nothing changes. I would drive to freaking Meridian then give your store any business. read more

Every time I've gone into this store the customer service has been excellent! Even when under the gun they all stay calm and cool and methodically work through the crowd. In fact, the only time I had to wait longer than 10 minutes was after the holidays when everybody else had the same idea I had that morning! Holidays are always going to be busier so no harm no foul there, I was expecting a wait. read more

This is the second time that I have had an issue with this store the first time I had a package waiting for me while I was out of town for surgery and they said they were going to ship it back. I posted a review the district manager contacted me and said the package would not be shipped back since I was a UPS my choice customer again today I went in to pick up two packages. The one that had arrive first was there the one that arrived on June 7 they had marked it to return to sender. Originally I was told by the store manager when I had the issue before a package would be held for 10 days now today I get told a package would be held for six days. It seems that the store cannot make a decision on what they're doing. I suggested to you is to find a different UPS store. read more

I've had only a couple of small dealings here, so it almost seems senseless to write a review, but I was "prompted" by Yelp. So, here it goes: First, some time ago, I dropped-off a package with a pre-paid return shipping label on it. They took it in and had it delivered. So, I'd give that transaction a, "Well, duh!". Second, I had a document notarized. I was told that everyone working there is a notary. So, that was an easy, quick transaction for five bucks. No problems. I was in and out in ten minutes and the place was busy. If something "serious" comes up in the future --- you know, something like having them package-up and ship, say, a larger parcel --- then they may be entitled to more stars, but I don't think it is right to give 'em five stars for such basic, fundamental transactions. I drove all the way from Weiser to have my Direct Tv equipment returned. The entire process didn't even take 5 minutes and that included waiting in line. The friendly young lady took my name and quickly gave me my receipt. Two days later I received an email from Direct Tv stating they received the equipment. read more

Wow! I just walked in with a bunch of Christmas packages to ship to California and I chose the UPS Store because I needed help with packaging. I was expecting it to cost $50 to ship, but they packaged AND shipped everything for $25!!!!!! This made my day!! This is my new go-to place. read more

Last year I did lots business with this store. I was in there every day shipping packages. The first boss Corkey did not know how to treat people, but got the job done. The employees that worked under him were very friendly though, so the situation was bearable. This UPS store is under new ownership and they have been fantastic. Because of a recent move I now go to a store in boise, but I would highly recommend this ups store. read more

A one out a five star rating is better than these guys deserve, I went in after a hectic day of work trying to get a form in the mail 10 minutes before UPS picked up, and asked if I can use my UPS corporate account number to ship this package, I was purchasing all my boxes and envelopes packaging tape and packaging material from them and simply wanted to use my own UPS corporate account number to be able to receive my earned discount, they refused!! I then asked if I could PAY to print a pre-paid label out of my email... They REFUSED again.... Just feeling beat up and frustrated I asked what the cost would be to ship this the absolute cheapest way possible ground and it was 6 TIMES the normal rate I now know why they wouldn't let me use my account. I then decided to leave without purchasing anything they could've earned profit from all the packaging material that I was going to buy and instead they earned nothing from me! AND TO ADD TO IT.. The guy working behind the counter smelt so horrible of drugs and alcohol I could hardly breathe!!! Make the extra drive to any other UPS store skip this one I can't wait to see them go out of business for poor customer service. read more
