A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. For me, these people are very highly recommended.

I was so pleased that Jesse arrived at my home about an hour after I made my call. this was the hottest day we've had so far and it was a Sunday. The response time was excellent! Jesse looked at the AC unit and immediately knew what was wrong. he had the part on his truck and immediately began installing it. he worked very diligently to get the part installed and get my AC running smoothly. I was extremely pleased with not only his technical expertise, but also his professionalism, his diligence , and his pleasant demeanor. About a year ago I switched from another company because my AC wasn't working and it was extremely hot. It stopped working at 4:30 in the afternoon. I tried calling a couple of companies and no one answered and then I tried Certified. Someone answered the phone immediately and when I told them I was not a customer but had no AC they told me someone would be there as soon as possible. I called them back when I noticed a few minutes later that there was water leaking from a part of the machine. They informed the tech about my problem and stayed in touch with me about his arrival time. He was here by 6 and worked until everything was complete. I had them here a few more times and was very pleased with their technicians and their prices. I was also impressed that their customer service manager, Brandon Murphy, has also been a big help to me. I had a question about one of the charges I paid when they had sent someone out. I reached out to him because I just didn't have a good feeling about the necessity of sending out someone for a question I called the office with. Brandon agreed there shouldn't have been a charge. Within a couple of days I had a credit to my charge account. It is so nice to finally find such a good company in such a competitive industry. I truly believe that these people are not all about the money. They care about providing great service and treating the customers with respect. If you do that right, everything else will follow. After a service call for regular maintenance yesterday, I was so impressed by the tech,Cesar, I wanted to write this review. Cesar was extremely competent and had a great attitude about his job, working for Certified, and the HVAC industry in general .He loves what he does and it shows He was actually happy for me that I had no problems and there was no need for any changes or charges. I was happy to request him for my next appointment. I highly recommend Certified for anything you may need. They are staffed with extremely well trained and experienced Technicians who really know what they're doing.

    Servpro will not send myself nor my insurance company an invoice for services that started on…read more11/11/2024. My condo unit was flooded by the upstairs unit. The owner of that unit contacted Servpro. Since I was out of state I signed with Servpro to mitigate the water damage in my unit due to their bathroom flood. Servpro did all of the work except remove flooring because my insurance company had to approve it. After Progressive Adjuster confirmed the flooring had water under it and needed replacing, I requested repeatedly an invoice for work already done and an estimate of floor cleanup/replacement. To this day 12/12/2024, I have neither the invoice for the work performed nor an estimate for cleanup/replacement of flooring. I don't understand what is happening. I've repeated contacted Tayler at Servpro East Naples and have received no invoice for work performed, nor an estimate for clean/up replacement of flooring. Quality of work thus far has been acceptable but lack of providing documentation (invoice and estimate for floor) has not been good.

I got an IMMEDIATE response by text and an appointment 1st thing this morning for a visit to work up a quote. That was very impressive as they offered help if I had an emergency and needed something sooner. Today a team arrived bright and early with big smiles & a 360 degree camera. The expert leader (10 yrs with the company) and Operations Mgr, Michael, did his job professionally and very pleasantly. The cleaning staff, Ramona & Andres couldn't have been nicer. I'll get their quote in 24-48hrs. My fingers are crossed that it's within my budget and I can hire this terrific team! Thanks, Servpro East Naples!
