Really enjoyed the smoothies I've had from here. I appreciate that they aren't too sweet.

Visited Blend for the first time with a friend, excited to find a local place that could accommodate my raw vegan lifestyle. My first impression was wonderful..the little restaurant was clean, charming, and the outdoor seating was perfect for a warm day. Sadly...that positive impression quickly changed due to the customer service we received. We were greeted by an employee whose receipt identified her as Ashley. Ironically, she was wearing a "Good Vibes" shirt, yet her attitude toward me was anything but welcoming. As I explained that I am a strict RAW vegan and wanted to build my own salad without rice or meat, she became noticeably extremely rude, dismissive and snarky. I wasn't requesting anything outside of what the menu already offers; I was simply using the build-your-own option that Blend advertises. What was most disappointing was what happened afterward. While waiting for my order, both my friend and I could clearly hear and observe Ashley mocking me from the back area. Right in the doorway as if she didn't try to hide it at all talking to another employee...at one point, she appeared to be imitating someone using a cane. Which is obviously not a coincidence considering as someone who currently uses a cane while recovering from cancer treatment, she was clearly mocking me. Yesterday's experience was deeply hurtful and humiliating. To avoid further embarrassment, or harassment my friend suggested and I chose to sit outside and finish our meal. No apology was offered, nor was there any attempt to address the situation by any of the staff. I genuinely wanted to support this local business, but after this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend it to others. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic kindness and respect, regardless of their dietary choices or physical limitations. read more

Good food? Yes! When I ever go back ? No! It's all in the delivery I have worked in service my whole life. I am always the person to give the benefit of the doubt for workers tip extra and be understanding. Just had a great morning with my girlfriend walking along the river. Stop in to get a bite to eat. I am standing there waiting to order, and the woman said to me I will be right with you. A man walks in she takes his order. Another lady walks in. She takes her order. Another person walks in. She takes her order. Finally, I said I have an order yet and she said well you're supposed to be standing right here under the sign that says order here So first common courtesy when someone walks in to say good morning I'll be right with you and then take their order not to say that they're not standing in the proper area to order. One girl was just working making sandwiches like a machine never even looked up. To me, it's very rude. Greet people with a smile and treat people with respect. You see me standing there did you think that I came then just to look at the board or do you think that I came in to order food horrible service and they were old enough to know better these were not kids read more

Stopped in today and had a quick sandwich for lunch. We shared the Gyro sandwich and it was fantastic. Nolan not only did a great job of preparing it for us, but was very kind during our meal. Looking forward to coming back again soon. read more

5 stars because it's delicious AND healthy! Something I can feel good about eating. The food is good and the Purple Hornet smoothie is delicious. We love to grab smoothies here and take them to walk Riverwalk. The only sad part is that they open a little later than I'd like when I'm craving one of their yummy smoothies in the morning. read more

A great little health food spot with very friendly employees. Maybe a hair pricey for the area, but I assume that this area thought it would be more popular. I only got a smoothie this time around, but I'll be back to try some sandwiches and such. They did have some unique smoothie recipe ideas which was a fresh take for me. All of the ingredients looked fresh and all of the employees were more than eager to help with a smiling face. I will note that there were some "fun facts" on the wall that maybe needed some asterisks beside the word "facts". "Apples give you more energy than coffee", I've tried both and I disagree, I guess it depends on your definition of the word energy. "Broccoli contains more protein than steak", no, no it doesn't. Not by weight at least and that is how people would make this comparison. People aren't all that bright these days and don't need iffy "facts" to confuse them. JMHO. read more

Small Acai bowl was good and priced very nice. All ingredients were fresh. The baklava smoothie was tried because I love baklavas (who doesn't) and didn't fair as well. It was a liquid drink, not a smoothie consistency and tasted like an horchata, not a baklava. Would have been great if I had wanted that. read more

Blueberry muffin is the best smoothie I have ever had in my life. My favorite thing about this place. They also have lots of fresh food options. I always feel healthy eating here. Lots of fun flavors. Great place to grab a bite before or after hitting the riverwalk. So glad they opened up here. I come by whenever I can. Smoothies are $7-$9 but in telling you that smoothie is the best. I wasn't too much a fan of the others but you can also custom build your own smoothies and foods. Health is wealth. read more

Not bad but nothing special. I ended up getting a power bowl with the yellow rice and gyro meat. The meat was just ok, and the rice was undercooked (Or just dried out.) The veggies and sauce were fine, but Just not good enough for me to go out of my way to go here. read more

LOVE this place!!! real, fresh, quality ingredients. everything is made in front of you! it was sooo good. i came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. i had a medium BYO salad (romaine, chicken, feta, beets, cucumber, bell peppers - w/ green goddess dressing.) it was DELISH! I was really impressed. i also had a small smoothie! blueberry, kiwi, mango, strawberry + almond milk - it was yummy!! i should've gotten water + OJ as a base. but it was still so fresh and good! yum yum yum i will DEF be back. there were so many things on the menu i wanted to try here! so excited to find this place!! read more

Great açaí bowl. Nice fresh fruit and the biggest blueberries I ever had! You could tell the fruit was fresh and I felt good eating it.

We had a great meal at blend this afternoon. Owners walked us through the menu and were super friendly. I had a Buffalo Chicken wrap and my daughter had a buffalo chicken salad. They customized this and gave us lots of meat. Tasted very fresh and was fairly priced. The Riverwalk area is an absolute gem in Rock Hill. You can sit outside and have a great lunch or meal. We will definitely be back to try more items. But a great place for a meal or snack in the Rock Hill area. read more

Really enjoyed our bowls today. I had the Petey's power bowl and loved how everything was seasoned. I had the white rice and it leaned more towards the soft side than towards the firm side. My spouse had a custom bowl with the Greek chicken and loved the seasoning and tender juiciness of it. Also grabbed a bowl of tortilla soup which was okay but there is an opportunity for more vibrant flavors. The staff were really great. They readily walked us through all of the options and were happy to guide us through our lunch decision making. read more
