They have a comfortable waiting area with couches and great music playing while you wait (+snacks during the soft opening event) but I especially loved the main tattooing room; it's a work of art - you walk in and are immediately memorized by the geometric overhead lights, that are equally as brightly reflected in the highly polished marble floors. As for the staff, everyone was incredibly welcoming and eager to help, even when they were getting slammed with huge groups of excited customers!
