I signed up for a promo wash, then canceled in the app right after the first full charge and assumed it was done. Turns out it wasn't. They kept billing me $40/month for ~14 months straight. I never received a single receipt, cancellation confirmation, or any kind of email the entire time. No notifications at all. When I finally noticed, I re-downloaded the app and canceled again, still no confirmation. Reached out to support, and they initially responded but eventually stopped replying once I pushed for a full refund. They offered a partial refund, but this situation clearly came from a broken or unclear cancellation process. I hadn't used the service after the first month. Extremely frustrating experience. Don't waste your time. I spent $20 on the top tier was didn't even clean most of the bugs off my truck. Went to use their vacuums that aren't free for $2 for 4 mins ended up having 0 suction on number 7. All around a terrible place that's just a massive money grab. read more

Don't sign up for monthly auto renew. Trying to stop deduction for 2 months now. They are quick to help you sign up but will ignore all correspondences to stop. Every month I contact my bank to dispute and do get my money back from Chase but what a pain. One star is generous. read more

This place is a scam. I have been trying to cancel my account through the application and it says under review. They don't answer their emails and the phone number is not working. Don't sign up with this outfit. There are other auto washes out there. This one is dishonest. read more

$7 for a premium wash is fantastic. Yet the owner insists on FB that it becomes $12 at some point, which is the same point where I just go elsewhere as the wash is barely worth $7. The sensors on the under bottom wash are set too short so you feel as if the tail end of your car gets shorted. The kids complained that they didn't use rainbow soap, I tried explaining that the LED lights make up for it, but by then they were in tears. If you're not paying 100% attention you may miss the dryer beginning. The dryers are by far some of the worst I've seen in the industry. No one wants 40% of their car to still be wet leaving the car wash. United Auto Wash insists that you'll have to use their app for all their best deals and weekly wash club, but the last thing I want to do is download another app just for a car wash. Especially when every other car wash around just goes by loyalty club, card or phone number. Their machines don't print receipts, but they give you an SMS text number to receive an automated receipt. You can literally put in any number you want for the total, it's a complete joke for anyone that needs a car wash receipt. It's a convenient property and the car wash is new and clean. I've never had an issue with the payment, but the moment they jack the prices up, I'm gone. I can get a mediocre car wash elsewhere with a much better dry. read more

This car wash seems to be a nice looking car wash, but their lowest wash was $7 and their highest was $14. So I bought the highest priced one. They didn't get all of the dirt (not that dirty to begin with), and left some soap after the rinse. No receipt, and no vacuum for that $14. After not getting the wash done properly, I went to the rear to vacuum out my passenger area, and the vacuum I picked (#1) next to the building was so weak it wouldn't pull any sand, dirt or anything out of my floor. I had to dump my mats to get any dirt out, and what was left the vacuum wouldn't pull. Waste of $1 for the vacuum. I have asked for a refund, we'll see what they do about it. I'll post more when I get a response from my email. Update: they responded within a day or so to my email and totally refunded my money. I will probably give this place a try again, seeing as how they responded. Maybe they've updated some things there? I'll go during business hours, so that if I do have any more issues, I don't have to email. read more

In general this place does a decent job. What I was most upset about is how they jacked up the rates. When I first came here the rates were $4-7 which I thought was a good deal. Today when I came the cheapest option was $7 which doesn't even include your car being dried for that it cost $10!!!!!! This place is a complete RIP OFF. Several times I have come to clean my car, I had a membership for monthS. I have had the blowers turn off and my car didn't get dried off at all. Multiple times the vacuums haven't worked. I emailed support per their sign at the location stating to, "email to submit a trouble ticket or request a refund", only to be told they would send someone out and didn't even acknowledge that I asked for compensation for having to go elsewhere and pay to complete my services. I asked again for any compensation, I would've been satisfied if he even offered me a couple of dollars for my troubles, no reply. He doesn't value his customers or their time. First of all, the margin of profit on this membership is astronomical, he could ABSOLUTELY afford to compensate for my troubles. It was verified there was an issue with the vacuums because he had to send someone out, I wasn't lying. Secondly, I am not receiving a service I am paying for.
