His announcements were clear, even the difficult names were pronounced perfectly, and every music cue during our cocktail hour, ceremony, cake cutting, and reception was perfectly timed. Ben provided us with very easy-to-follow instructions to help him shape our night. His communication with us was crystal clear; we knew exactly what he needed, and we trusted him to carry it out. We met with him a few times over Zoom in the year leading up to the wedding, and he worked directly with our wedding planner, who recommended him, nailing every detail and request made along the way. I was never once worried or anxious about our decision to work with Ben and Remixologists, as it was very clear he understood exactly what we were looking for, and he was friendly and confident throughout the entire process. He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. I had my husband be taken out of the house three hours before the party to set up... the balloon arch was delivered right on time. The photographer showed up half an hour earlier than the party. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party! Here is MY review.. based off of MY truthful and factual experience with this company. These are the assumptive emails I have received from this company. James, the president of Pure Platinum Party is suggesting that "libelous reviews" have been left after my wedding date. I have had nothing but stress, and been given a hard time using this company, and now seems my photos and videos will not be given to me "until this has been thoroughly resolved." It appears they're now delaying providing my wedding photos and videos because of OTHERS' reviews. I have fully paid my contracted amount for these photos and videos, plus all the additional "fees" that came up along the way, and have every receipt. Using this company was the biggest regret of my wedding. A day that is supposed to be so special, and after suffering through a hard year leading up to my wedding with the untimely passing of my two brothers, working with this company made me feel even worse.
