Today I had a horrible experience at this place. I feel disgusting and never want to come back…read moreagain. I came in the afternoon and wanted to take Germany visa photo. I told the staff the photo requirements from the Germany Ambassador website: the photo size should be 35x45mm, the head measures 30-36mm, the lighting condition even, background is medium grey. The staff said ok. Suddenly an old man who seems to be the boss run downstairs and shouted at me:"We are not gonna do that! We are never gonna do that!"I replied:"Why? These requirements are not hard to satisfy." He continued shouting at me:"We are never gonna do that! We can't do these requirements. We need to take 4 to 5 pictures and choose the right one, it doesn't worth 15$!" After saying that, he didn't even give me a second look and run upstairs. His attitude was extremely rude. I felt I was not treated as a customer, but a suspect interrogated by the police. These requirements are rigorous from the Germany ambassador website. They are straightforward and not difficult to meet. If the boss thinks it's not worth 15$, he can simply charge me more on that and we could negotiate on that. Why did he treat me so rudely and didn't want to speak any more words before expelling me from his noble store?

There was no major glitches and I have amazing photos to prove it! My sister just used them for her wedding also on 6/14/14 and they now offer a cinematography package that I highly recommend. You get classic, candid and artistic (couture like) shots. Ernie definitely knows what he is doing with keeping up with the modern flair of photography and still providing the elegant/ traditional style as well. When we finally decided on our venue which oversaw the NYC skyline, we meticulously looked for all the vendors to help make our dream wedding come true. As we were on a tight budget, we were hesitant on getting a videographer however were told by SO many of our friends that the biggest regret they had for their weddings was not getting video. Due to this, we started looking all over for videographers that not only captured amazing footage of all aspects of the wedding, and to capture all guests, but also that the video was of high-quality. As time was going by, our options were dwindling as we were not able to find the right videographer for us and we were a few months away from the wedding date. Luckily by some fate of fortune, my good friend whom I was a bridesmaid for said that she LOVED the videographer she had for her wedding. I quickly went and watched her highlight reel and asked if it was costly to have so many videographers, however she said it was only one person. I was SO impressed that one person could produce such a great video (and it was ONLY the highlight reel - I cannot imagine the full length film) that I had to meet with him immediately. Due to that chance of fate, I contacted Scott who was very luckily available on our date. Through email, he was very professional, responsive and answered any concerns we had. For budgeting reasons we were unable to have Scott the whole day to capture getting ready, however we asked if he could come a bit earlier than the ceremony to film a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony for us which he happily agreed. That meant SO MUCH since we really wanted to make sure we were able to capture that for years to come. On the day of the wedding, as we were walking back from First Look photos, we met Scott in person for the first time and he was extremely easy-going and friendly. He also had a video camera that looked like something out of an action movie. Even my nephew ran into it a few times since it looked SO COOL. Throughout the day and night, we thought Scott was just some sort of ninja since he would be at so many places at once. He worked great with our photographer and we just trusted wherever he asked us to look or go. That night, my husband and I could not believe how fast the day went and just looked at each other and said, "SO HAPPY WE BOOKED SCOTT AS VIDEOGRAPHER!!" A couple of days later, we had guests mention if the drone flying around was for us, and that it was really cool that we had aerial shots. Of course, my husband and I just told our friends that it was probably for some other wedding since we had no idea. I was really curious, and asked Scott, who in fact DID have a drone and that it was for OUR wedding. That was a HUGE SURPRISE that I am still baffled by today. We have not yet saw any footage, as our wedding was only a couple of days ago on 9/30, however we are SO EXCITED and will believe it to be nothing short of amazing!!!!! We extend a humongous THANK YOU for Scott, and highly recommend him as we are SO APPRECIATIVE for him being there for our big day!!

Scott showed up on time, if not early, and made it to all the different locations at precisely the right times (even though they were 20 to 45 minutes a part). He is very personable and worked great with my photographer. He was never in the way, and was able to capture my wedding day from all angles. The film he made for us was perfect, he considered our style and what was important to us. For instance, Scott recognized our love/slight obsession with our dog so he incorporated her in the film beautifully, he also knew that I was very upset about the flowers my florist delivered (I ordered from Floral Expressions in Woodbridge, NJ - I was very very unhappy with the flowers they delivered) so Scott made it a point to exclude a lot of footage of the terrible flowers. In short, Scott is a fantastic videographer and I would refer his services to anyone!

The planning was so easy, and the staff ran the party seamlessly. I was able to be just be present and enjoy the time with my daughter and her friends. we had Tinkerbell as our special guest and she was PHENOMENAL! she hosted the party THE ENTIRE TIME! usually the character comes for a quick picture and leaves- not here! she did crafts with the girls, danced with them, paid extra attention to the birthday girl. her costume, makeup and character were flawless!! my daughter is still talking about it!

IN 1 LINE: A night of artistic learning and fun!…read more VENUE: The first thing I noticed was how big this art studio is, which allows for more than one class to run at the same time. My class was held in the back studio which made it feel like a private party. It even had an area with ice and glasses (wine and beer glasses) and a counter top to set up the desserts we brought.  *My family and friends were there to celebrate my birthday, and my mother said that all of the staff were very accommodating in hiding my ice-cream cake. :) Our instructor also gave many breaks and opportunities to eat and celebrate. I really enjoyed the music that played during the class too which created a casual and relaxing night. TEACHER: We loved our art instructor, Justine, who has the patience of a saint! She made the class fun and reassured all of us that we would all be able to complete the selected painting of the night. She was encouraging and lended her gentle guidance and expertise. We never once felt rushed, as each of us took our time to paint. She led us step by step, teaching techniques along the way. Thank you for a great night!
