That I had knee surgery but he instead laughed and said he should just carry me if that is what I wanted him to do! Needless to say, I definitely would not recommend such a disrespectful tech that told me he was the owner of the company if that is the way he operates his company! The other tech was polite and moved the truck. Kudos to that tech!

I have had walkers that insist on a schedule 2 weeks in advance and will charge for late cancellations, but Lynne has always been great about allowing us to alter our schedule as our busy schedules change. Our dog, Benny, becomes happy and excited whenever Lynne comes by, so we know she must be doing something right :)

I had called them to do a hormone shot but after 1-2 weeks consult, to get back to me, they declined. The medicine was too expensive & they would not use it up before it went bad. These are not even Avian vets & their prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Have heard similar by other people re neutering febrile cats, but that is for them to write up.

The two younger dogs made themselves sick over the stress of being boarded for the first time. Obviously not the fault of 4 Paws but we should have, at least, gotten a call. When we returned from our trip, they returned the dogs to us still cover in feces, they broke one of our conures bowls, hosed down the dog bed, left it wet and ruined it, and returned the dog food with another customers scoop inside our container. This never would have happened under the previous owner. Considering what we pay to board, this should not happen. We will not return to this business
