The newly opened one next to Nofrills and Hair Joy had a very rude owner. It was my first time doing laundry there and since it was new i wanted to try it out. I used three machines and I observed that two of the double loader machines had very little water. I was simply stating my observation to the owner but he would not listen. He said on quote "You're not satisfied? Then I'll refund your money. I don't want your business. Take your laundry, leave and don't come back." It was the first time I went to that laundry place. Maybe the guy was tired and it's been a long day for him but that is not the way to treat a new customer. He set up a business, he should learn how to handle customer opinion. I won't be coming back there anymore. So for those choosing to go to that laundry place make sure to watch your laundry to see if it's getting washed properly. I will just continue doing my laundry here at Washworld.

I called up Metro Cleaners and had my answer promptly which at the end they welcomed me to walk in anytime. I arrived an hour later to the shop and was greeted by who I presume is the owner, she is very sweet! She then told me the cost would be $50 for the down jacket and offered me pick up the next day anytime after 5 and passed me a slip for pickup. They did a great job dry cleaning my jacket it looks new again! I was afraid it would've been too difficult to wash out all of the salt on my jacket but it is all gone. On top of that, my pockets were also cleaned out which was great considering lint and crumbs in general tend to populate there. On site there is also a dedicated tailor, I definitely have a couple pants that need to be shortened and hemmed so I look forward to returning here for so. They offer great customer service and reliable yet speedy pick up times which is all you need for a good clean

I think they have passed hands cause all of a sudden you can notice a serious difference, soap load is full of previous soap, floors are dirty, random socks and masks laying around, the garbage looks like it's taken out once a week, my password gone. Needless to say it's disappointing for such a great gem in the community to go down. I hope they can pick back up. I would have given this place a 4.5 before.

Absolutely horrible service. Verbally abusive staff and broken machines. My mother and I tried two…read moredifferent machines and both times they defaulted to a different heat setting. We asked the staff for help and the worker was unable to turn off the machine or change the setting. She proceeded to scream at my mother and when we asked to speak with management, physically threw the phone on the counter towards us. Management made her give us credit for another machine to rinse our laundry and when my mother tried to explain that she was grateful, the worker plugged her ears and started yelling. She stopped only to say that she prays we will never come back. After such a traumatizing experience, we absolutely will not be coming back!! Businesses should remember that the only way they will remain is with continued patronage, and such actions are detrimental to their business!
