At the end of January 2019 the pin on the zipper had fallen off. I took my coat back to Eglinton Dry Cleaner and was informed that there is no "warranty" on a zipper and that it would cost another $30 for a new zipper. I can buy a new coat for $70. The new female owner was difficult to deal with and was adamant that she was not going to change the zipper, even out of good faith. I also agree with the other review that the girl working on the front desk requires major customer service education. She is extremely rude!!! I will NEVER EVER return to this establishment again and have no problem sharing my experience.

Drying is 0.25 per 5 mins. You can pay for how many 5 mins you want. And the heat settings are low, medium and high. There is a washroom on site and multiple TVs with the news on. They have a change machine and it only takes cash and only spits out tokens. It does not give you quarters in return. They have a little dispenser machine to pay for laundry detergent if you need to buy some on site. Lots of parking all around.
