Worst. Online. Shopping. Experience. Ever. Ordered 3/23/14. Recieved 4/9/14. DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU HAVE THREE WEEKS TO WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER. Also, incorrect items shipped and missing items. I went to these guys to simply buy protein powder that I was in need of because I was about to run out as well as check out prices because I knew I'd be needing some more of my other workout products soon too. So, I went to their site because I saw they were running a bunch of sales on the brand I love and most of the products I wanted. Needless to say, I ended up finding pretty good deals on everything in my workout supply. This is where the good stuff ends. I found my pre-workout, protein powder,and bcaa's. I was so stoked I even bought a couple of extra's I never would've even thought to try. This didn't last long. After three days of no updates on my order's shipping info I contacted them (they give themselves 5 days on their website). They said it would be going out the latest on friday (2 more days). Well a week and 2 more days after this my order ended up shipping, (1 week and a day after they give themsleves to get orders out the door). But what's this? They only shipped half my order? And it is the half that didn't matter when it came because I was running out of protein powder (reason I made my order) and it didn't have my protein powder in it. So they shipped half my order, a week and a day late, and only half of it. But what's this, they sent me an email A WEEK after I made my order, saying my protein powder was backordered. ARE U SERIOUS!?! A WEEK AFTER I ORDER YOU TELL ME??? So, I was pissed. I called them, complained, they said they could give me 5% off my order... woooooow I'm soooooo impressed. A couple days later the protein powder ships, and wanna know something else? Even though they were seriously behind on their shipping promises they still shipped it as slow as they possibly could, instead of sending it 1 or 2 day. My package took 6 days to get here. So, after ordering a decently large order I waited almost 3 weeks to get it. In today's day and age that is unacceptable. Guess what. I opened my package, it has one of the wrong items, the bcaa's aren't the ones I wanted, and two of the items I ordered aren't in here, as well as all those FREE things they say they are going to give out with orders over certain dollar amounts. I think my total was around $170, so shouldn't I have at least got a shaker cup? Well I didn't. Moral of the story? DONT ORDER HERE. The slight discount isn't worth the hassle, or the wait. Then I saw a decent deal, so I figured I would give them one more chance since I had a few weeks left of my current stack. And NOPE, here we go again, just had to make 3 separate phone calls, (all recorded), and it was dropped by them the first 2 times because of "unusually high call volume", and then waited 50 minutes the 3rd time and their shipping policy is 10 BUSINESS DAYS before they will even package it. I used to buy from here (online) all the time. They had great turn-around time, good prices, and I never had any issues. However, with the new ownership I placed an order which was supposedly being processed for a week. When it finally came through, the packing list had both of my ordered items listed, but only one had shipped and was included in the shipment. The other had some illegible hand written comment next to it saying something that ends in "no ETA". But I was still charged. They advertise prices that are lower than most companies. However, once they add in their MASSIVE shipping charges you end up paying much more than competitors. Slow shipping, poor service! I placed an order 5 days ago and was told today that my order hasn't even arrived at their warehouse, so they don't have an ETA on when I will get it. I don't like writing negative reviews but this place was terrible! Yeah, their prices are great (on expired items). Everything else is priced the same as bodybuilding.com or GNC. Oh, and most everything there has no prices on it. When I asked the cashier why this was she proceeded to tell me "it's because our prices fluctuate frequently". Must be true because after grabbing a product and checking the price on THEIR kiosk I find out it is more expensive at the register! I placed my online order then received an email a few days later saying it was cancelled because they could not verify my address of my credit card. I went back into the website and verified that the address for my credit card was in fact correct. (Additionally I was having it delivered to my work address which I always do with other merchants since it is convenient--Paypal too but thought maybe they were being cautious, OK). I wrote them back stating this and didn't hear anything so I called the phone number they provided in the email which is also the customer service # on their website (800-545-8012). Granted, I was calling around 5:30 pm on a Monday--but the courteous recording (which repeated every minute or so) stated that I was caller #10 and my wait time would be approx. 57 minutes. I figured I had nothing but time in my long drive so I remained on the line. The recording continued and I was still caller #9 after 12 or so minutes. After about 17 minutes, a recording came on that I was being transferred to a C.S. rep but then the recording came back saying I was caller #5 or #3(don't remember) with an approx. wait time of 59 minutes. I thought I'd ride it out as long as I could. When I was caller #2 for several minutes with an approx. wait time of 50+ minutes, it disconnected me. (I never get disconnected on the route I drive due to my phone carrier). So, the moral of the story is, you're on your own when you order from them because if they have customer service like that and you've got a real problem with an order---Good Luck getting through to resolve anything. When I am thinking, and I order from an unfamiliar website I often will attempt to call them to see if they answer. It's not totally full-proof but it's a start on finding out if they're legit or timely in responding. I will not attempt to order from them again ever! read more

This used to be my go to online store a few years ago. I live in Wisconsin and would usually get my order within a day or two back then. However, on 12-6-16 I ordered some protein and as of today 12-14-16 I still have not seen it or been notified of it being on back order. I have tried to call but the automated message says that all agents are busy now and hangs up. I have tried to contact them through their website help desk but have heard no response. My password that I used...back when the store was good...now won't work and I still have not received a link in my email to reset it. After seeing everybody else here having a similar issue, I'm going to cancel my order....if I can get hold of anybody. I'm not sure what happened since 2011-2012 but this company has tanked. Called customer service and they said it "always takes at least 48 hours" to process, contrary to the website's claim of fast delivery. I don't know why there are any negative reviews of this business what so ever. They consistently have the best prices anywhere around. Sure, GNC or some other stores periodically have some blowout sales, but half of those places don't know a thing about fitness or the items they are selling. I used to live in Milwaukee so I loved being able to just visit one of the stores and get my supps, now I live in Seattle and it is still the only place I order anything from. Anytime an item I have ordered has been on backorder or there has been an issue they fix it immediately and more than make up for any inconvenience I've dealt with. Supplement Warehouse is also always at different expos around the country working on improving it's image and gaining more experience in the industry making it far superior to any other distributor out there that rests on its laurels. Decent website with low prices, but exorbitant shipping charges. Only good if you plan on ordering more than just one item. I originally was going to give them 0 stars, but I'll give them one star for the resolution to my issue. I ordered 2 boxes of Clif Shot Gels. A few days later, I receive an email stating one of the flavors I selected are on back order and would be available within a week and if I didn't want to wait, I could select a different flavor. The other flavor would shipped out immediately. Three full days later, I receive another email stating that the back ordered flavor is now on long term back order and that the price for the item plus a little under $1 for shipping was refunded back to my credit card. I wasn't given the option to select a substitute flavor this time around as the refund came instantaneously. After having received the first email regarding the short term back order, I fully expected I'd be getting an option to substitute flavors should any longer back order take place. This did not sit well with me since the shipping charges were so high; that was the only reason I ordered two boxes. Add to that the fact that by now, they had increased the price of the Clif Shots to almost 3 times what I purchased them for! I was determined to get what I had originally paid for. My first time calling, it took me nearly 20 minutes to get through the phone line to speak with someone. The girl on the phone told me that my credit card had been refunded and the transaction was now final. After explaining to her my gripe with the order of events leading up to the refund with no option to substitute and informing her that the price of the product had nearly tripled, she placed me on hold and spoke with someone in her distribution center. When she returned, she told me that the only reason the price was so low before was that the flavors I chose were close out flavors that were close to expiration. This was a blatant lie (from her distribution person), as the flavor they sent me was a new one that had just been released less than a month prior! After pointing this out to her, she promised she would dig into this and would contact me later that day. She never did. I called back on Monday. This time I got to a live person within a few minutes and again, the phone rep needed more time and promised to call back within the next hour or two. She called back four hours later (no big deal) and informed me that her manager could not price match to the prior prices as the back ordered flavor was considered a different product altogether, just because it was one of two "Turbo" flavors. Mind you, Clif's website has a press release announcing the new flavors of their Clif Shot Gels in which it clearly states the "Turbo" products are strictly a flavor and not a different product. Again, another blatant lie from these people doing whatever they can to avoid having to honor their prices. She also mentioned that the initial price I bought the items for were well below cost and must have been an error. They weren't sure how the original price nearly one third of the retail price got implemented. But why should I care? As a consumer, I expect that a business will honor their advertised prices, regardless of how low they may be. At the end of the day, I was given two options. I could either repurchase the second box, but of a different flavor, for the current listed price with free shipping; or they would refund me nearly half of the original shipping charges. I took this second option. I originally was going to give these people 0 stars for trying to lie their way out of honoring their prices, but they get +1 star for giving me the option to refund half of my original shipping charges. read more
