I had already placed my online order before seeing several less than glowing reviews about Supplementwarehouse.com--and feared for the worse. Although shipping was slower than what I am used to from Lucky Vitamin and others, it was within the time frame they specify on their website (3 to 10 days). The complete order (14 bottles) arrived without any backorders, and all the expiration dates suggested each item was from a recent production run. Their communication could have been better during the wait time, but the transaction as a whole was excellent. Their website could use some work, but if you know what you want and have the product SKU number(s), the ordering process is made easy. I look forward to doing business with them again. read more

Well... looks like things may have changed since 13'. I placed an order with them this past month and they delivered two items which required a price match, plus 5% discount. Everything checked out. Horrible Customer Service. It took more than 2 weeks for order to show - they use parcel post to ship your order now. Yet they still charge the massive fees for shipping - a small bottle to ship was a whopping $15... that's way too much. I would find another company to use for all of your supplement needs. Shipping is outrageous and slow, I ordered my supplements on 8/30/13 and don't expect to get them until 9/12/13. Where are they shipping from China? I started a fitness competition on the 9th, and the workout regimen is now delayed 5 days (by the time I get them). When calling customer service Becky was nothing short of incompetent and rude. I asked why they shipment was taking so long and her response (5 days after ordering) was our policy is to ship within 24-48 hours upon receipt of your order?????? I sat on hold waiting for a rep for 45 min and each time it came back and increased the wait time to be helped. Buyer beware - you may or may not get your shipment. I ordered some things that they said were back ordered but when I went to order direct from the manufacturer they shipped it next day and said nothing was backordered. I really don't have alot of energy right now emotionally drained from my mothers cancer, but I felt it's necessary to write a quick review of this company. My mother is dying of pancreatic cancer and these pills called AHCC are supposed to relive symptoms of chemo and extend her life more comfortably. I have limited income to help my mother with her meds and take up donations in order to get her these AHCC pills. In stores they are expensive by my standards being about $7 per day to keep her on them. I found Supplement Warehouse having a buy one get one sale which brought the pills down to $4 per day for a month supply so I immediately ordered them before we got low on pills at the apartment. I used there site because of the sale and because they boast about quick shipping usually 1-5 business days anywhere in the USA. One problem is they charged near $12 for less than 1 lb of pills and I ordered them 11 days ago and they have not arrived. I called 3 days ago and had a heated conversation with them and they apologized saying they were closed for New Years, Etc. They also said they would expedite my order from GROUND to 2nd day Air. I just checked and these pills were sent out a day after they said they were shipped AND they send them GROUND instead of 2nd day air. Now I won't have these pills until late this week which puts shipping at just under TWO weeks for a .8 lbs of pills! I expressed how my mother depends on these for her well being during cancer treatments and they could care less about it and still lied to me and overcharged me. I have had no extra money as it was tied up in these pills to go out and get my mom pills in the meantime so she is suffering through this because of their unprofessionalism. Charged my debit card and got my money. 10 days later the order is still marked as processing. The next day it is listed as backordered and I get an email that it could be another week before they ship. Two weeks later it goes back to marked as processing. A couple days later it goes back to marked as backordered. When you call it guides you through a menu that ultimately says that call volume is too high and to call back later. Emails are not returned. My order has since been "flagged" whatever that means. Order date was 8/11/16 and today is 9/14/16. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered 4 products (1 tub of whey, 2 packs of cookies, and 1 bottle of fish oil) from them and each one was allegedly in stock. Then, I get an e-mail saying that 3 of the four products were on backorder and I could either wait two weeks or make substitutions. When I asked what flavors were in stock for the cookies, I got no response. Then, they shipped the fish oil, which I did receive, but I got charged $12 for shipping, which would have covered the whole order. This would have been fine if they had ever sent me the other products, but they didn't. Eventually, they sent me an e-mail saying that the whey would never be in stock and I canceled the rest of my order. They refunded me for the cookies, but not for the whey (which makes no sense since they can't supply it to me) and I had to make a dispute with my bank to get my money back. The price-match feature is awesome, and it is also great that they offer a lot of freebies. However, don't fall for their promises about fast shipping! IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. Supplement Warehouse will take about a week to ship the order, and then UPS ground will take an additional few or more days. This is extremely frustrating, since they promise fast shipping will be ensured by their high shipping fees. They can also be a bit fuzzy about their price match policy. They will sometimes reject a price match after the fact, but won't tell you why specifically. This will result in a more expensive order and an additional delay. read more

I put the website on my order, and SW showed the price match (even 5% below), so I place the order. After placing the order, I received an email stating that the company that I entered, that offered less expensive producst, and less expensive shipping is not considered a "valid competitor" because they offer less quality products and inflated shipping cost. I emailed SW and told them that the other company offered the EXACT SAME products for less cost, AND offered CHEAPER shipping. I then received an email back the next day stating that they will not honor lowest price match guaranteed. However, that email was sent to me exactly 30 mins AFTER I received an email stating that my order was shipped. How convenient... Later that day, my email account was hacked. Twice placed orders with them and both times they cancelled without notifying me. First time because I used a PO Box. Then a month later I placed an order with a street address and they still cancelled WITHOUT letting me know! No call or e-mail or anything! I called a week later, asked why it was cancelled and they said that my credit card billing information didn't match. Which is FALSE.
