I had already placed my online order before seeing several less than glowing reviews about Supplementwarehouse.com--and feared for the worse. Although shipping was slower than what I am used to from Lucky Vitamin and others, it was within the time frame they specify on their website (3 to 10 days). The complete order (14 bottles) arrived without any backorders, and all the expiration dates suggested each item was from a recent production run. Their communication could have been better during the wait time, but the transaction as a whole was excellent. I really don't have alot of energy right now emotionally drained from my mothers cancer, but I felt it's necessary to write a quick review of this company. My mother is dying of pancreatic cancer and these pills called AHCC are supposed to relive symptoms of chemo and extend her life more comfortably. I have limited income to help my mother with her meds and take up donations in order to get her these AHCC pills. In stores they are expensive by my standards being about $7 per day to keep her on them. I found Supplement Warehouse having a buy one get one sale which brought the pills down to $4 per day for a month supply so I immediately ordered them before we got low on pills at the apartment. I used there site because of the sale and because they boast about quick shipping usually 1-5 business days anywhere in the USA. One problem is they charged near $12 for less than 1 lb of pills and I ordered them 11 days ago and they have not arrived. I called 3 days ago and had a heated conversation with them and they apologized saying they were closed for New Years, Etc. They also said they would expedite my order from GROUND to 2nd day Air. I just checked and these pills were sent out a day after they said they were shipped AND they send them GROUND instead of 2nd day air. Now I won't have these pills until late this week which puts shipping at just under TWO weeks for a .8 lbs of pills! I expressed how my mother depends on these for her well being during cancer treatments and they could care less about it and still lied to me and overcharged me. I have had no extra money as it was tied up in these pills to go out and get my mom pills in the meantime so she is suffering through this because of their unprofessionalism. I sat on hold waiting for a rep for 45 min and each time it came back and increased the wait time to be helped. Buyer beware - you may or may not get your shipment. I ordered some things that they said were back ordered but when I went to order direct from the manufacturer they shipped it next day and said nothing was backordered. Twice placed orders with them and both times they cancelled without notifying me. First time because I used a PO Box. Then a month later I placed an order with a street address and they still cancelled WITHOUT letting me know! No call or e-mail or anything! Worst. Online. Shopping. Experience. Ever. Ordered 3/23/14. Recieved 4/9/14. DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU HAVE THREE WEEKS TO WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER. Also, incorrect items shipped and missing items. I went to these guys to simply buy protein powder that I was in need of because I was about to run out as well as check out prices because I knew I'd be needing some more of my other workout products soon too. So, I went to their site because I saw they were running a bunch of sales on the brand I love and most of the products I wanted. Needless to say, I ended up finding pretty good deals on everything in my workout supply. This is where the good stuff ends. I found my pre-workout, protein powder,and bcaa's. I was so stoked I even bought a couple of extra's I never would've even thought to try. This didn't last long. After three days of no updates on my order's shipping info I contacted them (they give themselves 5 days on their website). They said it would be going out the latest on friday (2 more days). Well a week and 2 more days after this my order ended up shipping, (1 week and a day after they give themsleves to get orders out the door). But what's this? They only shipped half my order? And it is the half that didn't matter when it came because I was running out of protein powder (reason I made my order) and it didn't have my protein powder in it. So they shipped half my order, a week and a day late, and only half of it. But what's this, they sent me an email A WEEK after I made my order, saying my protein powder was backordered. ARE U SERIOUS!?! A WEEK AFTER I ORDER YOU TELL ME??? So, I was pissed. I called them, complained, they said they could give me 5% off my order... woooooow I'm soooooo impressed. A couple days later the protein powder ships, and wanna know something else? Even though they were seriously behind on their shipping promises they still shipped it as slow as they possibly could, instead of sending it 1 or 2 day. My package took 6 days to get here. So, after ordering a decently large order I waited almost 3 weeks to get it. In today's day and age that is unacceptable. Guess what. I opened my package, it has one of the wrong items, the bcaa's aren't the ones I wanted, and two of the items I ordered aren't in here, as well as all those FREE things they say they are going to give out with orders over certain dollar amounts.
