My Staffing Agent Kelly Howe has to be at the Top of the "Worst" Agent to deal with. From her very Unprofessional Phone and Email Etiquette. To her Attitude and Multiple Untruths (lies) she so effortlessly spews. To her Unwillingness to DO her JOB to Assist Associates receive the assistance and answers that they're requesting from her. to having to cross reference conversations and emails had with Kelly with other associates, as she says, she doesn't have access to this the company doesn't do that the company doesn't allow her to do this. The company doesn't allow her to do that but she's the point of contact. She does the hiring and the on boarding so how does she not have access to your hours or your employee ID or if the company does Daily Pay or not where she told employees they do not do it Daily Pay and she knows not where we would even get that type of information from? but employees are using DailyPay through the Adecco location that she was hiring people from how does she not know that and why is she so against it? Why does she have such an attitude when you ask? She tells me she doesn't have my employee ID information that's beyond her. She tells me she can't get my hours. That's not part of her job descriptions that's over here that's over there. You have to do this. You have to do that she's not aware of anything as such? I was told I was being hired at a job that made 18+ an hour and that the job had six paid days a year. I work 54 hours at to what I'm thinking is 1860 an hour per a wage adjustment email that she sent me on my start date at 11:18 24 to find out today. I only make $17 an hour and 14.66 hours of my overtime is missing, I spoke to my supervisor at the he said make $17 an hour and I had 41 hours in the email that she sent me. She said I have 54.66 hours.? I'm not sure if this is obvious or not but someone is stealing almost $400 per employees at least of my account. I worked five days and was told one of my days was paid thus 54.66 hours in the screenshots that I'm providing Kelly HOWE isn't truthful it looks like to me stealing money from employees and the company 1-440-588-5946 is her Phone Number. The only way I get her to call me back is if I call another location, Michigan or different different parts of Ohio I've called two different locations in Michigan and tell them what's going on. They sent her a email. She calls right back, but if you sent her a direct email or direct phone call, you won't hear anything or unless you stoop down to her level and have to get rude to an extended ass, what does she really do the company that's legitimate then she'll respond back with a really bad attitude because now she has to look into something to actually help Employess. Avoid her at all costs if your looking to work for Addecco. Good Company in my past experiences. This particular Agent definitely deserves to not work with the Public in any capacit.
