It has been 3 months since I received…read moredelivery of it and because of the high density foam used in the cushion it is nothing like the one in the showroom. I found out recently that the one on the showroom floor had been there for over 10 years! Even the manager said it's a very hard share and nowhere near representative of what you will receive upon delivery. I have a bad back and Bone degeneration in my spine. This chair was so uncomfortable I couldn't even sit on it without using multiple pillows and blankets under my butt! I finally went to the store, saw a manager in person, and they refunded the Riley Ash chair and I used those funds to purchase the Trevor recliner, which arrived today. It hasn't even been broken in yet and it's more comfortable than the Riley Ash chair was after 3 months. So my advice to you is when you go to the store, ask the salesperson how long the display has been on the floor and what the break-in period is, and what it should feel like when it's being delivered. What is on the sales floor is not representative of what you will have delivered unless you buy from the cash and carry room.

There is a tear on the back of the couch that the cushion rest against(on the seam). I reached out to the warranty people and like before they said they couldn't do anything about it. I went to the store. They have started working with a new warranty company. They told me to try and see what happens if they could help. I reached out, they had my info in there system... according to them they denied my claim !! And it says they fix tears. What is the sense of having and/or buying a warranty if it's going to get denied. My warranty is up this September. I'm so done with this.This is the first time I had to put in a claim. This is ridiculous. People don't waste your money on the warranty/goof proof because it seems anyway they can get out of fixing they will!!!

It is not just scratch and dent stuff like some may expect. Items I purchase here are usually cabinets, bathroom vanities, basement windows (though they sell all kinds), exterior and interior doors, etc. There are some other items I only go here for but I'm not giving away all of my renovation secrets. ;-) They have a great selection of laminate floors as well as tile and tile backsplashes. Since the store has gotten busier over the years, they have added some additional employees which definitely helps the customer. New this year is their kitchen design center which assists home owners and contractors on designing or remodeling your kitchen. Cabinets sold here are usually not put together so be prepared for this or you can opt to have the store put them together for you at an additional cost. Give this place a try instead of heading to the orange or blue renovation stores. You may be surprised with what you can find!

Inventory is always changing but you'll find something you can use. It's dirty, messy and smells like toxic waste but if you like to do things yourself then give this place a try. I bought a floor turbo fan for $30.00. They sell some really nice rugs plus bath, bed & kitchen items, super cheap car items like windshield wipers and seat covers, yard items and more! The staff is friendly and you can see they work hard so treat them nice---they're helpful and accommodating (hope it stays that way). Every Thursday is when the new stock comes in. They give 15% off coupons on their rewards program. I take a trip there weekly to discover great bargains--especially on books, toys and food! Personally, I love their wishbone and horseshoe necklaces -- they come in silver or gold and make a great gift. My favorite part about them is the closure -- it's a beautiful hook with delicate little gem stones. It's just so pretty and dainty, it makes the whole design that much more precious. I love, love, love mine SO much, that when I lost my first one, I immediately went back to the shop to replace it -- that's how much I cannot live without it! The scarves come in a few different patterns and are all in the cream/grey theme, which I love. They do have a few additional patterns, as well. The women who work at Noon are all so sweet and so friendly. You can tell they absolutely love the design concept and cherish the items they sell. And everything is so incredibly healthy! The person who helped me here--Dave-- was extremely helpful and informative. I brought in a photo of my yard, and, from that photo, he designed a landscape that literally transformed the whole look of my house: he helped me select which plants would work best in my yard and soil; and which plants/colors best complimented one another. I then decided to do the planting myself. Dave delivered the plants, laid out everything for me, and then meticulously explained the correct way the plants should be planted. Convenient location right off of 95…read more We first discovered this place while venturing to the Frenchtown trails just down the road for a hike. There's also a small covered area with home goods including art, vases and tableware as well as smaller pots and bud vases. Staff seemed a bit standoffish and no one approached to ask if we needed any help but they were fine once we engaged with them. Not a huge selection of herbs and smaller plants, particularly succulents, but mostly larger plants, shrubs and trees for your yard. They also had some interesting decor pieces including sculptures with rocks and glass and decorative sculptures and small benches. Prices are not unreasonable but higher than the big box stores. One thing I really enjoyed was the almost art like "installations" featuring free standing doors and sculptures. See photos. Felt a little like a sculpture park although not sure this was the intention. Overall, definitely worth stopping in here and checking it out for browsing or a few smaller items. I'd suggest you maybe skip if you're very budget conscious because I am sure you can find most everything here cheaper somewhere else.
