I am an owner who hired these people. They have been nothing but combative with me and do not have…read moremy best interests in mind. I want to terminate them immediately, and do not mind paying them upfront their remaining 7 months fees on tenant lease to terminate the PM agreement early. I cannot as I had to give a 60-day notice to terminate. They try to keep the owner from communicating with tenants, so they can make deals with the tenant on the side. I feel so uncomfortable with them continuing to manage my property in these 60 days, that I even called the police to see if there was anything I could do. As expected there was not as it is all in the contract. I really fear they are going to work with tenant to try and create fictitious repairs, just for the purpose of trying to hurt me financially. I am likely never going to rent out my place after this PM is gone and after my current tenant is gone. I would rather just waste money on an empty apartment to store a few things than deal with this.
