They were also able to fit me in much sooner than I expected. When I arrived I was impressed by the shop. It's much larger than I thought. Very clean, organized and professional. Luis handled the consultation and estimate walked me through everything and made the process simple with no pressure. I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the chrome trim done and will be using them for detailing as well. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop in Huntington Beach for chrome deletes, wraps, or detailing, I highly recommend Rhino Film & Detail. I found this place and thought, well.. the reviews are on the smaller side yet.. it was their second location so after admittedly calling 3 other tint places before .. I hit them up. Unlike the first place that was unrealistic on price, and the second place that didn't answer my call originally.. I called Fimly and they answered immediately. I told them my car, they set a price, it was better than competitors and they were really friendly and chill natured guys... I took my car over same day, they knocked it out in less than an hour and a half. I didn't even leave haha.. I just chilled in the waiting room. When they finished the car I was .. impressed it looked super clean, yet I've had many cars tinted and I know what to wait to look for. Bubbles or imperfections etc I'm kinda a car nut haha... It's been 2 months, I've taken the car to big bear, it's been in rain, I drifted it at the track lol, my dogs have put their damn paws on it ... and this tint, is A+ point blank period. Been about a year since having tint applied at the Huntington Beach location that is no"temporarily…read moreclosed". At first I was very pleased with the work and service provided. About a week after installation and waiting for a few imperfections to "disappear" there were still multiple creases on my front windshield, I figure for what I paid I'd deal with it as they were out of my immediate view. Another month or 2 went by and I noticed the bottom of the tint had started peeling on the front 2 windows. Now i decided to call in and have the windows fixed. I was taken in same day and they replaced the tint on the windshield and front two windows, apologizing and saying they knew what went wrong. I picked the truck up that night and again waited a week before inspecting closely to allow and moisture to dissipate. The windshield is worse off than it was the first time with multiple spots where there is left over tint from the first time under the new tint, the driver and passenger windows were done in the wrong shade and the passenger side was cut so high on the bottom side you can see light coming in under the tint. Not only was the tint installed poorly but something was dripped on my gauge cluster permanently staining it and my center console plastic appears to have been burnt by a torch and the faux leather appears to have had something stuck onto it and ripped off distorting the material. I was told it came with a lifetime guarantee and that if I was ever unhappy to bring it back in and they will fix it...after attempting that once I am scared to bring my truck back to them as basically nothing was fixed and only things were messed up even more the second time.
