After researching different shops in the area, this place was the only one who actually didn't send me to voicemail. I recently bought a Tesla Model 3 and wanted Ceramic tints on it. Called Them on May 6 and advised I'm picking up my car on Saturday May 9. scheduled an installation for XPEL PLUS ceramic as recommended by Andy. I typically don't post reviews right away because I'd like to give it a few days for the finished product to really shine. After the initial 4 days, I noticed some bubbles and scratches on the tints. but this is where Andy and Justin really earned their stripes. was hoping the bubble to dry out but couldn't take it anymore. Texted The shop yesterday May 21, told them I'm stopping by after work for a quick inspection. Andy was professional and Prompt and really stood by his work and warranty promise. I found VisX Design & Window Tinting through Yelp after researching several local shops. After comparing a few places, I decided to go with them and I'm really glad I did. From the start, they were extremely responsive and answered every question I had right away. It didn't matter if the question seemed simple or if I felt like I might sound dumb. They always took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable asking. I stopped by the shop to discuss what brand, type, and cost of PPF I should go with. Andy helped guide me through the process and also recommended nano ceramic tint all around along with a premium PPF. Throughout the entire process we were communicating almost every day. He kept me in the loop about everything when the PPF would arrive, how long installation would take, and when the vehicle would be ready for pickup. There was a minor hiccup with the PPF company regarding delivery timing, but Andy went above and beyond. Even though he had already paid for expedited shipping, he personally drove out to pick up the wrap himself from Alhambra just to keep the project moving. As soon as he got back, Andy and his team Justin and Benny went straight to work. These guys were grinding. They worked past closing time and even started early before opening. You can tell they truly take pride in what they do. The attention to detail and level of perfection they aim for really shows in their work. Every time I stopped by the shop to check the progress, they always had smiles on their faces and kept the energy positive. Andy always kept it real with me throughout the entire process. In December 2025 I bought my 2026 m340i. I needed a PPF job and researched around LA and OC until I found Visx. I spoke with Justin about the details of the PPF process and knew he was legit. He sent me his previous work and after my due diligence, I decided to go with him for a full frontal ppf + 15% nano ceramic tints all around. Justin is a real sensible and nice guy and was able to work/negotiate with pricing. The guy was nice enough to let my car sit for a couple days inside their place while I was on vacation. When I picked my car up I could see the job was well done. The ppf was done perfectly, and tucked in perfectly. Overall, I've only had a great experience with Justin. Did an excellent job. I don't really leave reviews but this window tint is an exception. They truly fixed a huge eye sore on my car that's been bugging me this past year. I drive a 15' Hyundai Genesis Coupe and the factory tint bubbled up. What was supposed to be a simple tint removal, turned into a huge project for these guys unbeknownst to me that required them to remove some back paneling in order to safely remove the existing tint film. They updated me through the whole process and asked permission whenever something irregular came up before taking action, sharing pictures along the way. Looking at the before and after, I never would have guessed how much work it took because they did such a solid job. Worth every penny. I highly recommend these guys for any window tint job. Lastly, Andy was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and was super helpful throughout the process.
