I showed some pictures of what I wanted and the hairdresser Sara said that she could do that. During the wash, they put conditioner all over my scalp but didn't rinse it out properly. When my hair dried, it felt greasy, and I ended up with dandruff, which I didn't have before. When it came to the bangs, I said I wanted them to reach my eyebrows. Instead of cutting them curly, she stretched the curls and cut at that length, which made them shrink way too short. Now they don't look like bangs at all. The haircut overall feels uneven, and I've had to braid or pin my hair just to feel okay going out. What's frustrating is that my friend also got a haircut here (with a different stylist), and hers came out amazing, which is why I came in the first place. I have attached a picture of what I wanted and what I ended up getting so you can see the comparison. I paid $80 dollars for this haircut and thinking back I shouldn't have paid anything.

I paid what I was told I would. No one tried to sell me products, though I did buy a couple things I needed. Hannah greeted me, went over price again, and talked through everything in detail. She was realistic about some aspects with my hair color, made sure I knew exactly what she was doing next, and brought me water and snacks! Oh my, and the shampoo and condition! It was pure bliss for probably 15 minutes in a quiet room with great chairs. Hannah was able to bring my vision to life and make it work for me. I'm beyond thrilled. I get compliments daily. I tend to like chestnut browns and gold with a cut crease when getting my makeup professionally, but she didn't do a cut crease and she used a dark grey eyeshadow for the corner of my eyes. Appointment as a result. I think communicating ahead of time that you're running behind would have been appreciated. 3.
