The sales associate working today was very polite and helpful, especially since I was being high maintenance and wanted the item off the mannequin. They sent something laughably different ( I do understand that substitutions sometimes need to be made and I have realistic expectations). I called and spoke to the owner, who said they had to make edits, omitting some of the flowers because they were in poor condition, which is why it wasn't similar to the arrangement I purchased.
