They have 24hour service! The General Manager called me early the next day. I visited Supreme the next day and the General Manager answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Throughout the entire process I was treated with Professional Customer Service by all individuals at Supreme especially the General Manager and Receptionist. They supplied all necessay documentation and photos to insurance company very quickly. I recently brought in my Honda Odyssey van in for a minor repair due to damage incurred by someone backing in to me in a parking lot. I was referred to Supreme Collision by my local Odyssey dealership. From the first initial inspection to the quotation and work being completed I have to say I was very impressed. The staff was very courteous and helpful as I navigated the next couple of weeks organizing the insurance claim, and arranging for a rental vehicle. They explained in detail what they were going to do and followed through with it all and returned to me a van not only fully repaired but better than before and as a surprise to me both exterior and interior were cleaned and detailed.
