It was my second time coming in, and since my hair had grown out, I just needed a trim cleaning up the sides while keeping the length on top. Karl Cheung was my stylist, and he was fantastic. He immediately understood what I wanted and executed it perfectly. I also had my hair washed before the cut and tried a down perm for the first time, which made a huge difference since my hair tends to stick up and get unruly. When I checked in, they told me to come 40 minutes later as there were 3 people ahead of me. Made sense and I realized I should have called beforehand! I went for a quick workout and they were ready to take me at 2pm. The ladies were very nice and the person who cut my hair happened to speak cantonese so she gave me good tips on haircare and told me that my hair is so wavy that it won't stay straight despite her straightening several times.
