I had a very positive experience at Supreme Dental and would recommend them to anyone seeking a high quality, lower-cost alternative to major dental work in the US. I had waged a losing battle with periodontal disease for 30 years. When it came time for me to consider a full mouth restoration, I did a great deal of on-line research, comparing the credentials, reviews and stats of several clinics. I reasoned that the sweet spot would be somewhere that did a high volume of implant procedures (practice makes perfect) for which they received overwhelmingly positive reviews and boasted a long list of solid credentials. I eventually settled on Supreme Dental. Working with their amazing customer coordinator, Ernesto Carranza, I was quoted a total package price of $24,950 which covered all extractions, placement of upper and lower all-on-6 posts, temporary dentures while these posts healed and integrated with my bones, and the final, permanent titanium/zirconia implants. The price also included full IV sedation for the initial extraction and post-implant surgery, and all accommodations at the clinic's in-house hotel. I scheduled the first of my two required visits in late February, 2026, and planned the second visit for the end of May. I flew Into Phoenix and utilized the clinic's free airport shuttle (shout out to my driver, Fransisco) for the ~2 hour ride down to Los Algodones and back. (They also offer shuttle service to and from San Diego.) During my initial exam, the CT scan revealed severe bone loss in my upper jaw. Dr. Luis explained that, for my implants to be successful, they would need to implant two special types of posts - zygomatic and pterygoid - that would anchor to my cheekbones and skull, respectively, instead of my upper jaw. Fortunately, Dr. Luis had the training and experience required to place these types of implants; unfortunately, their use would increase the cost of my procedure by $11,000 to a total of $35,950. I agreed to this higher price. (I did take advantage of a 5% discount offered for all-cash payment, bringing my price down to just under $34,000.) This is a lot of money, but considering the cost of the same work done locally would be around $100,000, I think It's a pretty solid deal. The skill and care demonstrated by the entire Supreme Dental medical team, from Dr. Luis down to the dental technicians, was superb. The clinic's tools and techniques are as modern and safe as any found in the US, and the customer service staff is excellent. When my second trip was disrupted by a series of mechanical failures on American Airlines, forcing me to delay my trip by two weeks, the clinic staff took these challenges in stride. Now, there are a few less-than-ideal facets of my experience to be aware of. First, Los Algodones (aka "Molar City") is a small town focused on dental tourism. It is very much a BORDER town, and not a RESORT town. The ~10 blocks that make up the business district consist of dental clinics, pharmacies, a few opticians (new eyeglasses can also be found at very low cost), a few restaurants and a grocery store. Bring something to do or entertain yourself with if your procedure requires overnight stays, because you will find very little to do there. (Nearby Yuma, Arizona requires taxi rides or a rental car to access and doesn't offer that much more in terms of entertainment options.) Second, the clinic's in-house hotel is clean and convenient, but also very basic. Picture Motel 6, not the Marriott. So, if you can endure a few days of spartan living and self-entertainment, Supreme Dental offers an excellent nearby option for US dental patients seeking top-notch care at roughly 30% of US prices. read more

I'm really disappointed with my experience at Supreme Dental. Before booking my trip to Yuma, I called to ask about pricing and spoke with Ernesto Carranza. Based on that conversation, I felt confident enough to move forward and travel for treatment. When I arrived at the clinic, I was initially treated very well--everyone was welcoming and friendly, which I appreciated. However, when it came time to go over pricing, I was quoted a completely different amount than what I had been told over the phone. When Noemi checked with Ernesto about the discrepancy, her attitude toward me became rude and dismissive. I even asked to speak with someone else because of how uncomfortable the interaction became. Despite this, I still went ahead and paid for the service. Later, I called Ernesto directly to clarify the situation, hoping for a professional and respectful conversation. Unfortunately, that was not the case. He went on a rant, did not allow me to explain my concerns, and made an inappropriate comment saying, "just because we are Mexican." I immediately told him that I am married to a Mexican and that this was not relevant to my concern. Instead of listening, he continued speaking rudely to me for about 15 minutes. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience, specifically from Ernesto and Noemi. It's incredibly frustrating to travel from another country expecting quality care--especially based on positive reviews--only to be treated this way. I traveled from the U.S. to Supreme Dental Clinic for full-mouth dental implants, spending close to $30,000 USD based on their promises of high-quality work. Unfortunately, the treatment I received was extremely poor and has caused significant physical and emotional stress. The lower prosthesis was designed incorrectly from the start. The arch curvature did not match the natural shape of my gums, causing painful pressure on one side and a visible gap on the other. After only three months, the entire lower prosthesis detached completely, which should never happen with proper implant work. My upper prosthesis also failed. A gap formed within weeks, food and odor were trapped, and then the prosthesis lost adhesion again shortly after they reinstalled it. Instead of taking responsibility, the clinic refused to remake the prosthesis properly and insisted on quick "adjustments," even though the issue was clearly a fabrication error. To make things worse, they removed and later claimed they lost my temporary prosthesis, leaving me without teeth after the permanent set failed. When I calmly tried to address these concerns, the clinic became defensive and a staff member falsely accused me of "attacking" someone -- an intimidation tactic instead of professional care. I now need to redo the treatment elsewhere, costing me even more time and money. This experience has been devastating. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking serious dental work. Complete waste of 24k . The asked that I make a video before work was completed and like a fool trusted them , I ended up taking four trips on what was supposed to be two trips and spending twice the amount of the 13.5k promotional. I ended up with nothing . They took advantage of my lack of dental procedures to over charge me for both Pterygoid implants and sinus lifts a one is supposed to preclude you from needing the other . They hit you with the extras when your at their mercy for transportation and lodging and the border to U S is closed . I will just show you the faulty work on what was initially to be all on X . I had to be given blood transfusion because no stitches where he removed an implant and after charging me for everything on there menu knowing I needed zygomatic implants all along they attempted to convert to snap in at the top . Within a week another implant had fallen out . That was actually rather moot because the arch's only had ten teeth each . I had no teeth to chew with and a big chunk of dental material that blocked my palate . I contacted the Arizona Attorney General's office because they have you send money to a Yuma address to give the appearance of American jurisdiction but clinic is in Mexico so you're stuck . I have the original invoice of all my overcharges and also Dental Departures the agency that listed them and the promotion is no longer affiliated with them and they did find me another clinic but at this point I'm done with Los Algodones. I am now working with a dentist in Tijuana that is specifically Mexican board certified Oral Surgeon . Keep in mind one Dr at a clinic can be ADA and they act as if the whole clinic is . I was pretty much done with these people until I noticed that they're pandering to the black community now and I feel the need to warn my people. If you made it to the end I hope you see me as a cautionary tale a take your money elsewhere. To amend my review Ernesto was actually the best part about Supreme Dental but let's be clear hear . I filled several credit card disputes and was successful at least once and because of the time lapse between first visit and second the 90 day window of opportunity had past . That complaint filed for the forth of what was supposed to be two visits was successful. Also being a spokesperson for OxyContin didn't make a rep for PurduePharma a moral person so that is a false comparison. Also the pictures are right there of the no incisor arch's and I could publish redacted files from my experience's at the emergency room and the opinion of University Hospital Dental department on how I had to receive multiple units of blood and plasma because I was not sutured . That still doesn't explain the Dental Departures debacle or that video you have of me without any top teeth singing your praises. I had all the faith a human could have in a dentist and it was rewarded with that revenge porn video of my unfinished mouth after I confided how incomplete it made me feel . The fact of the matter is that I didn't as for my money back until the company stopped responding to me . The last message I got was that the Dr would be contacting me about zygomatic implants when he returns from Las Vegas. I came to Los Algodones looking for a dental clinic that could address some things I was concerned with. I came to town with no set appointments with the plan to try out a few places. Out of the 4 clinics I visited, Supreme Dental checked off all my boxes. They had an updated clinic with the latest technology, an English-speaking staff, and highly competent doctors. I saw Dr. Adokfo Navarro. He was sooo kind and nice. He really made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions. Treatment was painless (big plus!) and I was done the next day. I had several cavities, cleaning and an extraction that required an implant. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I started talking to other patients that were there, and I realized that the majority of them were there for major work like full dental implants and smile makeover type of treatments. I still have to finish my implant, and I left with a quote to get my smile makeover as well. I really lucked out in finding this clinic. Los Algodones is full of clinics everywhere you go, but I highly recommend you just keep walking by and just go to Supreme Dental. You'll be happy you did! read more

I love this place! I just got 20 veneers from them. My experience was perfect from the beginning to the end. Ernesto handled my scheduling and a zoom consult with Dr Dulce Herrera. They put me in the hotel in the same property which was so convenient and comfortable. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating! Dr Dulce was very detail oriented and made some great recommendations. I'm not the type to ever leave reviews... honestly, I'm kind of a pain in the butt when it comes to being satisfied. But after literally a full year of researching, obsessing, and sending probably 100+ emails back and forth with clinics all over Mexico, I finally pulled the trigger and flew down to Supreme Dental Clinic in Los Algodones last week. And ladies... I am absolutely kicking myself for not doing this sooner. I just got home from my first-stage visit (the temps are in and the healing process has started) and I'm still on cloud nine. From the second I walked through the door, everything felt different than any dental experience I've ever had in the States, and trust me, I've spent a small fortune on dentists back home who barely looked up from their charts. Yes, there were a couple times I had to wait a little longer than scheduled (it's Mexico, things run on their own clock sometimes), I call it LST...Latino Standard Time, but when it was finally my turn, Dr. Elias sat with me for almost an hour and answered every single one of the 21 questions I had printed out and brought with me like a total nerd. He pulled up my CAT scan on the big screen, drew on it, explained every step in plain English, and never once made me feel rushed or stupid for asking "too much." As a mom of three who's used to doctors talking at me instead of to me, I actually teared up a little because I finally felt heard. The front desk team is incredible too, Manny especially. That young man checked on me constantly, brought me water without me asking, and always had a smile even when I was firing off a million follow-up questions. He genuinely cares, and it shows. I was nervous spending this kind of money in Mexico (let's be real, it's still a big chunk of change even with the savings), but when Dr. Elias walked me back to their on-site lab and I saw the machines they're using, the same brands my fancy Scottsdale dentist brags about, and met the technicians who were hand-crafting my temporaries right there... I knew I'd made the right call. You can just feel the pride everyone takes in their work. I fly back in 4-5 months for my permanent zirconia set and I'm already counting down the days. I spent nearly $30,000 USD on full-mouth implants here, and both my upper and lower prostheses failed within months. The lower one was designed incorrectly, caused constant pain, and eventually fell off completely about 3 months installed. The upper one developed gaps, trapped food, and also came loose. When I reported the problems, the clinic refused to remake the prosthesis and instead made excuses. They also lost my temporary teeth, leaving me without teeth after the permanent ones failed. This has been a painful and expensive experience. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. read more

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO SUPREME DENTAL! When I first heard of Supreme Dental, the owner Frank Navarro called me repeatedly to schedule my trip. It was in 2020 during the pandemic. I flew to Los Algodones where he convinced me that i needed a mouth full of cosmetic crowns. This was my first mistake. I also needed several implants. I had a female dentist who did the work. I was initially pleased because the new crowns looked better than my old teeth, the implants took a few visits. Before i left i noticed my front teeth had a weird gum line. The dentist said she would fix it on the next visit. Not soon after i got back to California the first crown fell out. I called Frank and went back to Mexico to have the crown replaced and the implants worked on. When the lady dentist removed the crown for replacement, she numbed my mouth and pulled it off with dental pliers. She replaced it but it fell out soon after. Another in that row also fell out. Frank said it was not a faulty product or bad dentistry but something I did. (Sigh.) Now I have 2 crowns that need replacing. The next thing that happened was an implant snapped off at the post. The "titanium" post broke leaving the post in the bone, under the gums. The crown fell in my hand. I called Supreme and of course.... It was said to be my fault. I called my dentist and he told me that the materials that were used in Mexico are not used here and that it would cost a whole lot to remove the post from the bone and replace the whole thing. Back to Mexico I went! The lady dentist had quit, go figure. It cost a lot of money to go from Northern California to Yuma Mexico and across the border. The plane fare alone is approx. $1200 plus time off work. Frank owns a very grimy hotel where they put you up right next to the dentist office. The night I stayed there to have the implant fixed, there was blood on the floor of the hotel room where someone's mouth leaked and they had not cleaned it up. When I got there, they told me that there were no doctors there so I had to stay two extra days. I was on fire. I was so angry. I was so sad. Made me even more upset with the fact that Frank never said hey I'm sorry that this happened to you and he made it my fault. Coincidentally when I was in the waiting room, there was another guy who was having a similar experience, a young black man. I noticed that he and I both had terrible experiences with Supreme and Frank Navarro. While I was there, Frank waited until I got in the dentist chair after I had been canceled for two days because the doctor they promised wasn't there which caused me a great deal more money and inconvenience. I did not want to talk to him and I turned my face from him because he couldn't even say "I'm sorry." the doctors that were assigned to me dug the implant post out of my mouth, which was one of the most horrific experiences of my lifetime, only second to the first dentist, ripping the crown off with pliers. I have to let the bone heal, go back again to Mexico at least twice more for the implant replacement. Last night as I was eating dinner, another implant snapped, and the crown fell off in my mouth and I almost swallowed it. I text message Frank and he was not pleased and told me that he was no longer available to me and that he would have someone call me never happened. Now I have a raggedy gumline in the front of my mouth, two missing crowns and two missing implants. I called Dental Departures this morning to see if they could help me. They told me that they don't have anything more to do with Frank Navarro or Dental Departures because of their terrible work because of their rudeness to patients and because SUPREME overbooks and under performs. If you go to Mexico to get your dental work done, and you choose the wrong doctor there is nothing you can do to hold them accountable. I called Supreme to get my plan of care and x-rays and they will not give it to me. I believe in travel dentistry but Supreme Dental is terrible. I am a month away from going back to get my permanent pieces made and installed. I was very happy with the whole experience from the help getting my appointment made, the administrators at the front desk, the dental surgeons that did the extractions and implants as well as the hotel accommodations there in the clinic building. I am very happy with all of it so far including the temporary teeth I have now. The clinic is state of the art and the dental surgeons are ADA certified. My godparents had mentioned getting dental work done in Mexico for years, but I hadn't seriously looked into it until now. After getting quotes from two different dentists in Nevada for $11k and $17k for a root canal, crowns, and fillings, I decided to explore other options. I reached out to friends, and this clinic came highly recommended--at just a third of the cost I would have paid here. Thank goodness! Everything was seamless. They provided clear parking instructions and even booked my hotel. I walked across the border, and someone was there waiting for me with a sign displaying my name. Dr. Dulce Herrera, my dentist, was amazing--she's truly passionate about her work. Gabriela Lopez at the front desk also took excellent care of me, ensuring I knew where to eat, shop, and more. To my surprise, the entire town is focused on customer service. They truly value our business, and most people were bilingual. I met other Americans from across the U.S., many of whom had visited before. The clinic had state-of-the-art technology, the food was delicious, and everything was clean and safe. This is a copy of my Google Review I just posted. Feel free to DM me if you are considering going abroad for dental care and have questions, I was scared and reluctant at first too! Long story short, I am a heavy bruxer and had worn my teeth down pretty badly. The solution, as stated by several local dentists, was a butt-load of root canals and 28 crowns. After a ton of research I ultimately ended up at Supreme Dental. Ernesto Carranza contacted me by phone a few hours after I emailed Supreme for an initial quote. He was very straightforward and transparent about the costs, the process and what to expect. I did some more research over the next few weeks, booked a flight for late May and headed down alone. Here is a rundown of my week there: I flew to Yuma on Sunday, stayed the night, and took a Lyft to the border on Monday. Walked across and went to Supreme a few hours before my 2pm appointment. They managed to get me in early and this is when I met Dr. Michel Elenes. I was honestly a little freaked out because this was the first I had ever seen of him and I had done a TON of research and watched all the podcasts! After talking to him a bit I felt a lot more comfortable, and decided to go with it. He proposed 8 root canals and 28 crowns, which was about what I was expecting. Day 1 consisted of 6 root canals, top teeth being shaped for crowns and temporary crowns placed. I chose the color of my crowns (B1) and I was on my way. About 6 to 7 hours total. Day 2 started at 2pm and consisted of 2 more root canals, approving and placing the crowns, and getting the bottoms shaped for crowns. About 4 hours total. Day 3 was getting the bottom temporaries removed, approving and placing crowns, and a little adjustment. This took about 1.5 hours Day 4 was just getting digital scans for my mouth guards and a little fine tuning of the bite. About 1 hour. I am currently 2 months in and HOLY SHIT, it's a game changer. I never really had any pain or anything but having the vertical dimension restored is awesome. The bite feels natural and I am extremely happy with everything so far. Now, here are some random observations: This is the cleanest dental office I have ever been in which was immediately reassuring. The staff are extremely courteous, hardworking and friendly. Dr. Michelle and her assistant did a superb job on my 8 root canals. Dr. Michel Elenes and his assistant Jaquelin did my 28 Zirconia crowns, which are fantastic. Dr. Michel is super friendly and meticulous with his work. There was no upselling whatsoever. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. They really like US General carts from Harbor Freight lol. You can't beat them for the money!! If you are hesitant to go outside of the US for dental care, don't be. I would do it again in a second and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Supreme Dental. This place is only interested in your money. They RUINED MY FACE. DO NOT BE PERSUADED BY THE SAVING OF MONEY. I went in for a bridge, they talked me into 3 implants, which wasn't a bad idea. When I received the first surgery for the implants, they did everything at the same time. Removal of infected teeth, bone grafts, implants on the same day... while I was having serious tremors! I was shaking so badly, but they wouldn't stop. They continued with surgery and cut through my nerves and damaged my face forever. I have had EXTREME PAIN and buzzing numbness feelings in the entire bottom of my face for SEVEN MONTHS now. I went back twice and they basically told me to take vitamins and it might go away, and that sometimes these things happen, and basically...sorry for your bad luck. I am now in extreme pain, I have no teeth because the implants cannot be placed, I have "shock syndrome" where anything that brushes against my face feels like an electrical shock, I've spent thousands of dollars to try and get some degree of relief and nothing works. I am now going to USC Orofacial Pain and Medicine Clinic and nothing helps yet. WORST DENTIST EVER. They do NOT care about what happened to me at all. They never even called to see if I was ok. I hate them. My quality of life has drastically changed for the worse and it might never go away. I am so sorry I allowed them to work on my teeth. Worst decision ever. read more

I was told by two US Dentists I needed two crowns done. They wanted $3500 plus my $1500 dental insurance. I had heard good things about Supreme Dental so I made an appointment to see them. I saw Dr. Eliaz and he was so kind and asked me questions about my teeth, took x-rays and showed me the x-rays explaining everything! Come to find out I didn't need any crowns!! I was so shocked! They could NOT make dentures for me. They tried twice, and my day was a waste. They assured me that they knew how to resolve my needs for a new upper denture. I wasted time, gas, hotel cost, all for nothing. Their denture was huge, crooked, painful, and distorted my speech beyond belief. They were trying to tell me that it was good. STAY AWAY!!! They're basically hustlers. only interested in your money. Other patients told me horror stories when I was there for final visit and in the dental chairs. One horror story was an older lady turned away toothless. After paying them $20,000 in cash and still suffering from work she had undergone, she flew in from Seattle to received needed care covered under her warrant. They refused the needed care and sent her home -- toothless and $20,000 in debt. Another young man was seen walking the foyer and streets of Los Algodones in severe pain, left to his own resources. Dissatisfied and resoving never to return. Since then, and after they collected my $14,000 cash. I, too, became one of those turned away--with my own horror story. They have refused to respond to my concerns regarding (1) double charging for failure of one implant which should have been covered under the warranty, (2) below grade materials used for new denture/prosthesis which looks old and damaged, yellowed and dirty looking (3) misalignment od new denture; (4) after my return home, their refusal to respond to emails, messages or phone calls to their listed number and their representative, Manny. Manny assured me repeatedly that he had forwarded my messages to his superiors/proper persons; however, they have refused to either respond or honor the warranty. They ruined my mouth. Stay away from them!!!! I had six crowns a root canal and two post and abutments. It Took them three times to get the root canal done! I went there 5 times for crowns and everyone fell off. The last time one fell off in 3 days and the other in 5 days! One of the abutments and posts cracked. Back in the states it's its $1900 to remove the post and replace. States dentist can't remove because Supreme dental would tell me what generic manufacture made the post and abutments. Now I have the post and abutment protruding and poking my tongue. Supreme Dental is not the best in town! There are several hundred other places to go. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FIRST!! I cancelled payment on the last crown that fell out. Supreme dental's manager "Manny" flipped out. He would not return 10 of my calls. He would not return any of my emails. Now they say because I canceled payment on one crown that all the warranty work I have is void. Manny and the secretary tried to show me where I signed on a contract that makes the warranty void. They pointed to a phrase that said if I had anything done at another Dentist that the warranty work would be void. I did not do that. I simply canceled payment on the work that they did that was subpar. Manny is a piece of shit. When I visited supreme dental in January 2025, M Manny sat behind the desk thinking I didn't know it was him, but I did. I let him know how I felt. They're not the only game in town. They're hurting themselves by doing subpar work and not standing behind it. There are a couple hundred other Dentist in los Algodones. Their poor work and inexcusable customer service will begin to show. Bad news spreads faster than good news. read more

I have been coming here for 6 years. It is a 9 1/2 hour drive. In years past I would have rated their work as 4 1/2 stars and their office experience as 3 1/2 stars. This last Nov. 11th, I was scheduled to have my implant put in on a tooth screw that they had done with bone graft previously. My appointment was at 1pm we got across the border at 10 am and just checked in with Manny the manager. We were asked to come back on Wednesday Nov 13th at 10am. We arrived at 9:40. I waited until 4:00pm only to be asked to come back on Friday at 8:30 am. Our AirB&B was only rented through Saturday morning. I was worried... I get there on Friday at 8:00am and was finally seen at 2:30pm. The dentist had my implant in and replaced a filling that I had lost a few weeks before on tooth number "31". I asked for a full month X-ray because I have some crowns that have been in my mouth for over 30 years. The dentist said Karen your teeth look really good I don't think that you need an X-ray you should be good to go. The next morning I had to go back into Mexico because he left the implant too high and the filling was cutting my jaw. So now fixed an headed home to Modesto. On Nov. 29th the core filling in my implant fell out and the tooth crown was wiggling I called Manny ( the head honcho) he said you have to come back so we can see it. That was not possible $$$. I also was starting to experience horrible tooth aches from tooth number 3 and 31. I it was obvious that supreme was not going to help. I went to a dentist by my home. They insisted on taking full month X-rays and found 2 teeth in bad shape #3 which couldn't be saved. It was pulled out & #31 which needed a root canal and a crown. The implant has either a stripped screw or the wrong size screw because it won't stay tightened down. I received a follow up call from Supreme Dental on December 16th. I explained all that happened. She was shocked and said it is always our practice to have full month x-rays always.she said that the office was not going to be open because of the holidays but she would get to the bottom of this and call me back on Dec. 26. What a nightmare!!!!! I contacted there representative months ago and we went back and forth and I explained all my concerns that I was diabetic and that I had a heart monitor so I was concerned about my health issues she told me not to worry that the doctors are complete professionals I gave her a quote from a very reputable place in Tijuana and she said no problem they where much cheaper and they could do better work So I make an appointment and drive 4 hours from LA to basically Close to Yuma Arizona we agreed on that I would give a $12,000 initial payment and the rest when the work was done was close to 19,000 in total I have all the text messages so I go down there with $12,000 in my pocket Cash there was supposed to be someone waiting for me at the border when I got there and there wasn't I was standing there waiting for at least 20 minutes and about 50 different guys approached me and tried to get me to there dentist finally the guy comes and walks me a half a block so I get there mind you I had an appointment and thought everything was a done deal Not only did I wait forever some older white man walk in and said he had no appointment and they let him go in before me so finally I get an X-ray and the DR sees me that's when the real Nightmare starts his Name was DR Joel the most Arrogant person I have ever met and all his information was totally wrong he started arguing with me right away didn't try to make me feel at ease in fact the exact opposite he told me I needed a $14,000 initial payment I told him I already made a deal with Jessica and he told me she was a nobody that she don't make decisions and that was only the start of it he argued with me for at least 45 minutes he told me I was only going to go under local anesthesia because I wasn't willing to pay extra to put me under I wasn't sure if I was talking to a dentist or a used car salesman he mentioned his commission several times and he even got my treatment mixed up and he said I was going to have 6 implants on the bottom and 4 on top when I was asking about my health concerns he kept going back to the $$$ at one point he suggested that I would be safer if I had the full $14,000 and to make matters worse the whole entire time they had there own podcasts on with the owners interviewing all the staff to say how great they are if that isn't Arrogance I don't know what is put me on that podcast do yourself a favor and stay as far away from that place!! read more

What a wonder experience ! From the first phone call with Daniel who assisted with the coordination with appointments to completion was extraordinary. Upon arrival Gabby checked us in and clearly is in charge. Not our first trip and we always get a smile and superior service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The office has state-of-the-art equipment plus lab on site. My dentist is Dr Luis. I am so happy with him plus others that have been of service. i always feel that I've had excellent care but they also make me feel like that care about me. I never feel hurried . The work happens in one stay.Our last visit was for an eye tooth implant. The work was done, complete with temporary tooth, in just 2 days. I don't like to talk money but at home I had one implant done 6 years ago for $9,000. Way beyond my budget but necessary. This week I paid $1,200. I will pay $400 on my return for my permanent tooth material. I choose a higher grade titanium tooth vs porcelain. Looks the same but much stronger. This is not the first work they have done. I have other implants replacing an old 5 tooth bridge with 2 implants as anchors. I have had teeth crowned and also several extractions. For the first time in years my mouth does not hurt and I have a beautiful smile now that I'm happy to show. We have referred 10 people down including my family who have all been happy. Frank and his lovely wife are the owners and are on site as well. Supreme Dental is a mere 1 block easy walk from the border where you can park your car in a fenced lot. Or just drive in and park on the street or in a close lot. You might enjoy meeting folks from all over the country who come to this dental office. Fernanda did a stellar job with my root canal, extremely thorough, taking multiple x-rays during the procedure to review progress and ensure every millimeter was accounted for and that a quality job was done. Ernesto did an excellent job with my impressions and crown and took his time to make sure it was a perfect fit, with multiple fittings in the same setting to ensure that my bite was even and that I was comfortable and satisfied. He made me feel like my appointment was customized just for me. The crown has a lifetime warranty so if it cracks they will replace it free of charge. I had a dentist look at my teeth here in the United States they told me I needed two crowns $1500 give or take each I told my dentist I said I'm going to Mexico. So I booked a flight to Arizona that cost me about $200 I stayed in a Motel 6 type hotel for 35 or $45 a night near the border I Uber to the border and Uber back I wish I had rented a car but next time. I cross the border and this dentist office is just a block over the border the first day they prepared my teeth and the next day they put the teeth in, the color was perfect the fit was perfect and it cost me $700 , 350 per tooth no extras for Novocain or for x-rays or any of that and they did not try to sell me any other stuff that I didn't need. read more

My partner and I traveled to Los Algodones to get work for him that included 3 root canal/crowns and 8 cavities filled. The staff at both the clinic and on-site hotel were all very friendly and concerned with our care from beginning to end. The cost difference alone of 1/4 compared to our quote from a "low-cost" dentist was reason enough to travel across the border, but Supreme Dental definitely lived up to their name. The clinic is all state of the art equipment and they keep everything very clean and sanitary. I've been to many dentists in California, and this is absolutely the nicest facility I've visited. My partner was able to get all of his work done in 2 days which is almost unheard of in the U.S. I highly recommend staying at their hotel located in the same building as their clinic which made making the appointments very convenient and super easy. They also provide a full breakfast (eggs and pancakes!) every day you stay at a very good restaurant across the street. When we went in August of 2023, the cost was $65/night for a clean, comfortable room that had amazing air conditioning and definitely made the trip feel like a vacation. I do recommend shopping around to get the best prices for any pharmaceutical needs as they can vary greatly even between neighboring pharmacies. My partner no longer has excruciating tooth pain and has nothing but great things to say about the work they did. The quality of his crowns compared to another crown he had put on in the U.S. is almost night and day as they are made with zirconia. These are made locally with a lab that they either partner with or own which allows for the quick turn around. Early next year I plan on returning for work I need done and am honestly excited to go because it was such a interesting experience. The town itself is very unique and hopefully will have for more time to explore further. Never thought I would look forward to going to dentist! read more

The procedure, plus gas ( 1,300 miles round trip), plus 4 nights lodging, was still cheaper than getting it done in the U.S. Their facilities and equipment were state of the art,and the dentists were professional, friendly, and first rate. Had a visit for 4 on 1 implants. Schedule on appoint for the procedure. In between I had some questions concerning the procedure. I made 5 calls to Frank, over a period of 5 days. He never returned any of my calls nor did he have some one else from his office call me. This reflects on how he manages his practice and reflects not only upon him but upon his staff. As a result, I went back to Los Algodones and met with three implantologists. I ended up selecting one who offered me a better plan (conservative dentistry) for about 1/3 less. Think twice....there are others out there that are better and have much better care of there customers. I would use the following criteria in selecting an implantologist. 1) Yelp and Google ratings 4.9 or 5.0 2) ADA / MDA certified 3) Number of years experience. Minimum of 10 years. 4) Degree 5) Amount and areas of continuing education in their core area. read more
