We got the call Thursday morning informing us what was needed to fix the truck . We agreed to the work and told them to order the parts. They said the parts are in grimshaw , less then 2 hrs away . So we will have our truck Friday. Friday morning we called for a update and they said the parts were not in but for sure Saturday. Same story Saturday morning , so I called pats auto and went to pick up the parts myself and dropped them off at the dealership. They iMessagedback and said I had the wrong part , with no offer to go pick up the correct part . So I went again to Pats auto to grab the correct part and drop it off. I was quoted $1500 , I still ended up paying $1300 for the truck . The parts I bought were $400. -So three days of paying cab fee , we live 6 hrs north - had to pay another night for room and meals for me and wife - I had to grab the parts myself - no courtesy vehicle My wife phoned the manager and explained what happened and told him she doesn't want that to happen to anyone else . His reply was , well you didn't have a appointment to begin with ( so what's the point of a late night drop off box ), along with other reason defending his staff and their actions . I had an engine cooler line start leaking while visiting family and found his ad on another site. I called him on a Saturday thinking it wouldnt happen till Monday. :( But I was wrong! I took it in Sunday morning. I found him very knowledable, well equipped, honest and more than fair. Because of this I took my neices SUV to him the next day for an estimate. The dealer wanted over $2500 in parts alone. His was much lower as he doesnt just throw expensive parts on it but actually suggests only what is required NOW. He fixes, not replaces. Something you rarely see today. I highly recommend his work.

I had melted ice cream, sunflower seeds, goop, spilled pop, and baby crumbs alllll over my car. I was embarrassed. They took my car, no problem. No judgement. Had it completely spotless when they called me. I was so happy to finally be back in a spotless car.
