Have tons of pictures and videos both before and after they worked on it of the intercooler pipe on my truck after they did the cp3 recall. AVOID. They literally dropped it off with a massive slice in it like they did nothing and the only reason THEY had to drop it off in the first place was because they messed around all day instead of working on it during the scheduled appointment. We waited all day from opening time for our truck back after being promised by TWO different girls it would be done before the end of the day. If they did the appointment as promised like the girl on the phone that took the appointment I wouldnt have even left the dealership because I would have caught their screw up the moment my truck was started as it sounded HORRIBLE after they worked on it. The desk lady even told my husband when he confirmed that it would be done that day in the morning when dropping off and she said ya, called even at eleven asking details about my truck even hours later sounding like they were working on it. Waited HOURS more and I finally go over there at almost the end of the day and they said oh we take full responsibility for the bad communication thats on us. Luckily Ive heard enough horror stories about this exact dealership I took videos before dropping it off. Do not waste your time with this dealership they will destroy your parts and act like they did nothing! The intercooler tube is to be removed on the drivers side to do the recall, they are to ensure it is re-seated and clamped properly again clearly the complete loss of boost and smoke and NOISE wasnt a give away along with the massive slice at the bend causing MY ENGINE TO SUCK CONTAMINATED AIR. No wonder it took over an hour and a half to get a few blocks but I guess that says everything you need to know about leaving your vehicle in these guys hands. Will be filing with the alberta motor vehicle industry council if not AT MINIMUM part they wrecked paid for. Absolute garbage experience from start to finish. Documented everything before and after and have my third party assessment. Said yesterday, "its above my pay grade expect a call tomorrow" but I guess they expect people to wait always on them no matter what the case is. Just when you think they couldn't give any worse of an experience.

Doug and Bob were amazing at helping me find my first bran new car. Unfortunately now that i am done with the purchasing of my car, the only time i go in is for the service department. There hasn't been one time in the past year i haven't left their frustrated and upset with their employees and services. The first time i went in for an oil change, they performed work on my car without discussing it with me first. Which lead me to be late for work, and when i explained this to the service lady and that any work done to my car should be discussed with me first no matter what her response was "well do you want your car or not". I have never felt more disrespected. I now dread going to get work done on my car. The most recent time i took my car i had a check engine light that kept coming on, but would also clear itself. I explained this to 3 different employees and when i went to pick my car up the service woman said " there was no engine light on for us to check, so there was no work for us to do. But there is a recall on your car we ordered parts for". I explained to her once again that this engine light comes on and off constantly and im starting to get concerned. So she told me that when the recall part came in for my car they would properly look into this engine light issue. 3 weeks go by and i hear nothing from them. I eventually called asking what was going on, i had to leave a message because my service adviser was not in. 2 hours go by with no call back so i call again. She is with another customer so another employee helps me, and tells me the part has been in since the beginning of the week and he can book me in since he has me on the phone. I am truly disgusted with the lack of pride Doug Marshall's service department employees have, and if i had another option i would be taking my business else where. We spend so much money on these vehicles and the least their employees could do is care just a little bit.

Worst customer service and business in this town! We moved here in July from yellowknife. Needed…read morewarranty work done and were told that they were too busy and their priority is customers who bought vehicles from them! OK....how do they intend to build new clientele? Anyway, they would not see us....FINALLY, we got an appointment - was told to be there by 720 am for a 7:30 appointment. I checked in, and left my vehicle with promises it would be done by the end of the day. Called at 1pm, found out they hadn't even started!!! They said they couldn't do the work today, and I would have to book another appointment as they hadn't finished yesterday's work yet - assistant manager was useless, didn't do a thing to help. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? So, I went to get my truck, and the service assistant was snotty, told me that they had no vehicle under my last name...I said "are you kidding me"??? She got even ruder at that point, until I looked at her and said "oh my god, are you serious, YOU GUYS called and told me to pick it up - and look, it's outside running in the parking lot!!!! Suddenly she was able to find it!!! Even more concerning is that they left my truck running, which was nice, however, they LEFT THE DOORS UNLOCKED!!! Anybody could have stolen my truck!!! NEVER AGAIN - avoid this place like the plague. I am seriously considering trading my truck in for Dodge or a Ford if I cannot get some decent service!!

*****fraud alert***** signature from old owner says no accidents as per manger at toyota in the…read morepaper work he has from when i bought the truck******** 2014 purchased the toyota. when i went to sell the vehicle in 2019 i found out it's been in an accident. carproof attached lost money i went to toyota because of their name. don't trust this location. talked with manager of toyota he says he has car-proof in his file that shows accident i'm 100% sure i was never told there was an accident. i asked the car salesmen at time of purchase 3 times about accidents cause it had steel bumper on it. he also confirmed that there was no accidents and the husband had steel bumper installed. huge part of this is they have signature from owner stating no accident but another piece of paper saying accident. i was still told there was no accident. ill let you decide what piece of paper was handed to me to miss lead me about the truck being in accident. thanks toyota for miss guiding me into buying a crashed vehicle now i have lost all faith in even the big dealers like toyota i lost money that can be replaced but the guy that purchased the vehicle truly looked at me as a fraud when we pulled up the car-fax report. honesty is key in this world and make me look like liar. this is one of the worst things you could of done you can keep the money but just admit you're a scam artist. btw my names micheal brock call me anytime 587-577-7586 to discuss your fraudulent transaction your salesmen conducted with me back in 2014 car proof shows quote for 2100 plus$ due to accident and 1600$ claim
