When friends later tried to cancel their memberships, they were pressured financially rather than treated fairly. Based on our direct experience, we would not recommend this gym to anyone seeking a safe, professional training environment. There are better and safer options in town.

He was talking in circles making no sense but I didn't want to be rude & point out his inconsistent statements. I am an idiot. Trying to take advantage of a senior citizen is beyond despicable to me especially being done by this younger generation. It does not bode well for our future. Cleaning staff does amazing at cleaning equipment throughout the day. Cleaning staff is always friendly sometime friendlier then gym staff. Some members don't have gym edict. Cardio equipment usually needs maintenance or is out for a long time. Usually the stairs are the ones that have issues. Homeless like to camp out outside of gym, doesn't always feel so safe coming in super early or late due to the homeless around. Cars have gotten broken into during the day in the parking lot. Some sort of security would be nice.

You cannot go into any club 24 to cancel, you have to do so through the home gym you signed up for. It's impossible to get on the phone with someone at the local gyms and the robotic answer system for their customer service number is so frustrating. I'd rather go to planet fitness or elsewhere because at least you can speak to a real person when you have questions about your account. I gave 2 stars strictly because the gym has decent equipment and is 24 hours.

No waiting around because multiple people are texting and sitting around and taking up all the machines doesn't happen at this Gym; people actually come here to work out and often keep to themselves rather than get into "clicks" or "groupies". That said, everyone is generally friendly and eager to help or answer questions or give a spot if needed.
