Cardio equipment usually needs maintenance or is out for a long time. Usually the stairs are the ones that have issues. Homeless like to camp out outside of gym, doesn't always feel so safe coming in super early or late due to the homeless around. Cars have gotten broken into during the day in the parking lot. You cannot go into any club 24 to cancel, you have to do so through the home gym you signed up for. It's impossible to get on the phone with someone at the local gyms and the robotic answer system for their customer service number is so frustrating. I'd rather go to planet fitness or elsewhere because at least you can speak to a real person when you have questions about your account. I gave 2 stars strictly because the gym has decent equipment and is 24 hours.
