Called another company, they came out the next day, and had the problem diagnosed in less than 10 minutes. Turns out that split units have and indoor and outdoor units, who knew?!? Apparently not Penn and Son because they never checked the outside unit and that's where the problem was. Telling customers to go somewhere else isn't good business.

This company was hired by our general contractor to do the plumbing on our new construction house…read more After moving in we kept noticing water under the house in the back corner where the crawl space access is. We were advised to put a drain in an area at the back of the house to drain the water. We did this. Still continued to have water and thru the summer drought. We then were told that the new build before ours in our subdivision was also having water issues. They eventually discovered that the master shower drain was not connected. We were told that this caused approximately $20000 in damage to their new house. After learning this I hired a home inspector to attempt to locate the source of the water. Unbelievably he found that the drain in our second bathroom tub/shower was also not connected. This was almost a year after we moved in. This company sent a plumber out to supposedly fix the situation and the owner was going to come and check that it was done and pay us for the costs that we had due to their negligence. That was 10/7/2022 and today is 11/18/2022. Despite him telling our gc on multiple occasions that he would be here and reimburse us, he has not showed up. I most definitely do not recommend this company unless you want to go thru the hell that we have been thru.

They sent out a representative that said another representative would call with pricing. which they have failed to do . This representative charged me without a receipt and I have not been able to receive a mailed receipt even after requesting one twice . Very disappointed in this company

On Sunday 9/6/20 I called ADCO and left a msg requesting service call. The next day was Labor Day…read more but promptly on 9/8/20 I received a call from ADCO at 7:15 a.m. They scheduled a service call for same morning. My current A.C. system had problems explained to me totally. Then the service man called in the office and with my approval scheduled replacement service for the next day. The installers came, very polite and knowledgeable. 2 and finally 3 men came and got the job done. It was a hard installation but they got it done same day and I am very happy.
