A "Friend" from Triangle installed both units, NEVER Even finished the work (no line hindes or after spending over 2500 IN JUST LABOR for the mini split, I happened across these GREAT Folks through the help of a friend. Even thought the "parts" were covered on both units it still cost 2500.00 in the LABOR. They went and FOUGHT for my issue with the local supplier and not everything works PERFECTLY. Professional, Knowledgeable, friendly, cleanup after the work is done. THIS is what you call SERVICE. I wish I had found them a year before I we did. If everyone did their Profession the way they should do their job, this would be the RULE not the Exception to the rule. Can't thank you enough for the EXCELLENT WORK. On November the 10th my wife tried to turn on our central heater and horrible burning smell came on. So I call Adco to come and check my unit. They came they replace 2 connectors that 205 dollars because they charge 98 dollars and hour and they wanted to replace the termostat in the wall that will be another 150. I told them not I will replace it my self. I went to home depot got the termostat and put it on. Before I turned on the the unit remember it was supposed to OK . I decide to check their work.. What to surprise the breaker was off still. I saw the new connectors but I also saw the burned wires going to the fan. They were just assuming all the possible trouble shootings hopping for me to pay. I call the supervisor Steve and he his guys wouldn't do that. Well they took my money laughing all the way to the bank. Finally I call C&C and they spliced the burned wires for only 65 dollars. Run away from this people specially if you do know nothing about this kind of units

I have been an Adco service customer for several years. Their techs are always prompt, courteous,…read moreand deliver good service. Their pricing is fair and competitive. I needed an early morning appointment time, and was able to set one up so I could meet the tech and then go to an appointment. There was some miscommunication about best number to make the "pre-call" to in order to verify the appointment so I did not get the call on my cell phone and the tech-reasonably-went on to the next call and was not available when I called about the appointment so I called the main office. I spoke with Heather, who was very understanding, courteous, and focused on helping me try and get the tech to my residence so I could head to my business meeting. She coordinate with the tech (JR) and they were able to set an appointment time and arrive so I could proceed with my commitments. I know this might not have been the most efficient path for JR to take for his day, but he and Heather coordinated it in a very workable manner. JR also did a very thorough and excellent job on the annual service and gave some extra "tips" on maintaining an older heat pump system and what an "ideal" new set up would be. This is the type of service that keeps customers loyal and happy! Thanks to JR and Heather-they are both great ambassadors for Adco HVAC!

His quote was more reasonable that the other ones we received, and with a very positive service-oriented attitude. H & H did a great job and made sure everything was to our liking before signing off. Even then, Richie encourages you to contact him if any questions arise, and the work performed is warrantied. When you're spending a lot of money like this, you want to be in good hands. I contacted DeBoe's Contracting on October 11 to request the installation of a gate on my existing…read morefence. The contractor stated the work could be completed quickly. Although he offered to wait until I returned to town, I authorized him to proceed in my absence. I regret it. October 12: The contractor installed my gate and sent photographs of the completed work. In these images, the right gate corner appeared to rest on the driveway. I specifically asked whether the gate was scraping; he responded that it was not. A few hours later, the contractor acknowledged the issue, stating that he saw what I was referring to after reviewing the photo. He attributed the problem to the helper he brought to the job, explaining that the helper was new and had likely leaned on the post, causing it to drop. I was still out of town, so my neighbor inspected the gate, and she confirmed that it was in fact scraping. The contractor stated he would correct the issue. October 13: The contractor "fixed" the gate. He messaged me that either I or my neighbor needed to inspect the repair before he leaves; he offered FaceTime but I was working. I informed him that my neighbor would be arriving shortly and that she lived approximately one mile away. He stated he would wait. Five minutes later, he sent a video of the fence and left the property without notifying me. My neighbor arrived shortly after to find that he was no longer present. Despite his claim that the repair was complete, the corner of the gate still appeared significantly low in the photo he provided. Upon my return home a few days later, I confirmed that while the gate technically cleared the driveway, the clearance was minimal. Subsequent Failure: Within less than two weeks of installation, and following one normal rainfall, the gate settled again and resumed scraping on the driveway. The contractor's response was that he could "come fix it and charge [me] for it," and he suggested that someone must have tampered with the gate. No one had interacted with or altered the fence at any time. The issue originated at installation and was never fully resolved. I informed him that the defect was part of the original workmanship and that the "repair" did not last even 30 days, and therefore I did not agree that an additional charge was appropriate. I truly feel like he was just trying to milk more money out of me and thank God I have a good partner who drove up from Tennessee and fixed it for me. His response included the statement, "I'm sorry that Sundays are the only day I have off to spend with my family," despite the fact that I had not requested service on a Sunday. This appeared to be an attempt to deflect responsibility rather than address the workmanship concern. Conclusion: Based on the initial installation failure, the unsuccessful and short-lived repair, the contractor's inconsistent statements, and the unprofessional communication, I cannot recommend DeBoe's Contracting. I strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution before hiring this contractor.
