This company was hired by our general contractor to do the plumbing on our new construction house…read more After moving in we kept noticing water under the house in the back corner where the crawl space access is. We were advised to put a drain in an area at the back of the house to drain the water. We did this. Still continued to have water and thru the summer drought. We then were told that the new build before ours in our subdivision was also having water issues. They eventually discovered that the master shower drain was not connected. We were told that this caused approximately $20000 in damage to their new house. After learning this I hired a home inspector to attempt to locate the source of the water. Unbelievably he found that the drain in our second bathroom tub/shower was also not connected. This was almost a year after we moved in. This company sent a plumber out to supposedly fix the situation and the owner was going to come and check that it was done and pay us for the costs that we had due to their negligence. That was 10/7/2022 and today is 11/18/2022. Despite him telling our gc on multiple occasions that he would be here and reimburse us, he has not showed up. I most definitely do not recommend this company unless you want to go thru the hell that we have been thru.

On November the 10th my wife tried to turn on our central heater and horrible burning smell came on. So I call Adco to come and check my unit. They came they replace 2 connectors that 205 dollars because they charge 98 dollars and hour and they wanted to replace the termostat in the wall that will be another 150. I told them not I will replace it my self. I went to home depot got the termostat and put it on. Before I turned on the the unit remember it was supposed to OK . I decide to check their work.. What to surprise the breaker was off still. I saw the new connectors but I also saw the burned wires going to the fan. They were just assuming all the possible trouble shootings hopping for me to pay. I call the supervisor Steve and he his guys wouldn't do that. Well they took my money laughing all the way to the bank. Finally I call C&C and they spliced the burned wires for only 65 dollars. Run away from this people specially if you do know nothing about this kind of units

I have been an Adco service customer for several years. Their techs are always prompt, courteous,…read moreand deliver good service. Their pricing is fair and competitive. I needed an early morning appointment time, and was able to set one up so I could meet the tech and then go to an appointment. There was some miscommunication about best number to make the "pre-call" to in order to verify the appointment so I did not get the call on my cell phone and the tech-reasonably-went on to the next call and was not available when I called about the appointment so I called the main office. I spoke with Heather, who was very understanding, courteous, and focused on helping me try and get the tech to my residence so I could head to my business meeting. She coordinate with the tech (JR) and they were able to set an appointment time and arrive so I could proceed with my commitments. I know this might not have been the most efficient path for JR to take for his day, but he and Heather coordinated it in a very workable manner. JR also did a very thorough and excellent job on the annual service and gave some extra "tips" on maintaining an older heat pump system and what an "ideal" new set up would be. This is the type of service that keeps customers loyal and happy! Thanks to JR and Heather-they are both great ambassadors for Adco HVAC!

Gaylon charged us over 500$ and we have repaired this new unit every 6 months at least for 2-3 yrs now until this winter, it finally just quit working. With HVAC tech labor costs, hotel bills to have some comfort, the aggravation of being hot in summer and cold in winter, as well as utility bills thru the roof we have spent thousands of $. Now he refuses to speak to the manufacture, Goodman , so we can't even file a warranty claim on a unit that is 3 years old and already broken down. Do not get a Goodman unit and don't hire him ! Poor workmanship, cheap and unreliable equipment, horrible warranty - get a unit that has a good warranty and an installer who will help you file a claim to get it replaced or repaired and get your installation work inspected by the state so you are assured quality work !
