What can I say about THIS branch of Supreme Lending?! Jefferson, Kevin and Kristi were all fabulous!! Jefferson never hassled me after the initial contact. He just let me do it at my pace. I appreciate them because they made it easy to do. Even when the seller's side couldn't get my HOA documents in time, they STILL got our loan done early!! I honestly was so impressed by how professional, how quickly, and how easy this process was. Solid five stars!! read more

DO NOT USE SUPREME LENDING!!! I am a 1099, and thus had to give them tons of info for a loan application. I put a contract on a house and Supreme Lending said that everything looked good. They had ALL my info for over 20 days, was told that everything looked good and that the loan would go through. I was told repeatedly throughout the entire process that I would have no problem qualifying and that getting the loan just took some time. I made it explicitly clear that I had to close on the house by Dec. 29 as I had to be completely moved out of my current residence by Dec. 31. They assured me that would not be a problem. Wow, how far from the truth this turned out to be. I was told that the underwriter had it on their desk and would have a final answer within 48 hours after they had already had all my info for 2 weeks. That 48 hours window turned into 2 weeks - phone calls were not returned for 1-2 days and anytime I was told I would have an answer that day, I would not get a response and the next day it would be pushed back again. I received a final phone call yesterday saying that they denied it and with no valid reason that they could give. Now, not only have I lost a house, I've also lost a considerable chunk of money that I was out for option money, earnest money, and inspection, and now have less than 2 weeks to try and find a place to live due to them telling me one thing and then doing a complete 180. SUPREME LENDING DRAGS THEIR FEET AND LIES! DO NOT USE THEM! read more

Unfornunately I read Paul's review but thought the it was just maybe a one time deal. I was wrong! I am not sure of the entire Supreme Lending family but I can tell you the Keller office is not user friendly what so ever. Being from out of state trying to move back to the great state of Texas I felt like a third class citizen. I knew i should have stuck with Bank of America read more

This story sounds just like mine a few of months ago, which confirms to me that Supreme Lending is harming more people. I almost lost my home, the owner who had finalized the sale contract with me got so impatient because Supreme Lending kept postponing the closing date about 3-4 times for no apparent good reason except waiting for the Underwriter. The loan officers and processors have absolutely no influence in the process and do not coordinate information together so there is constant confusion and mistakes and there is an uncoordinated back and forth efforts that makes the whole process chaotic. When I realized I was being played I switch gears, found another lender, was approved in 3 days and closed a week later. So, consider yourself a lucky person for reading this feedback. Please save yourself time and frustration and look for another lender. Supreme Lending will hurt your chances of even getting a loan elsewhere. In addition to what this other customer went through, during the two months in which they were just sitting on my application, they kept pulling my credit report every week, a total of about 8-9 new inquiries, apparently checking to make sure I was not applying or opening any other credit accounts. This uncalled for action eventually hurt me later when I finally realized they were no good and decided to find another lender who had no choice but to add a 0.7% on my rate due to these inquiries. Word of advice, don't contact these folks for anything, they should not even be in the business of home financing. read more

We just finished purchasing our first home using Supreme Lending. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and his team. They took the time to become familiar with the student loan (IBR) program my husband and I are in so that it would go to underwriting properly. Ameripro was not honest with us and we got nowhere with underwriting, and then Ameripro quit communicating. Had another bad experience with underwriting before Ameripro, too. Not so with Jeff, Pam, and anyone else in Supreme Lending's office! I would drop by unannounced with my kids and they were always pleasant and extremely helpful even if I was stressing. After closing a loan with Supreme Lending in Keller, I wanted to post a review about my experience about them and how it was a great process and decided Yelp would be a good place to post. But I found that all of the good reviews were filter and only a low scoring review was not filtered. After doing research about this online, other companies have the same problem if they do not advertise on Yelp ( seems like a not so good business practice). Man I can't even begin to explain how awesome Supreme Lending of Keller is!! My process was very extensive due to being furloughed and jumping around from job to job for 2 years but they got it done. Ms. Denton is incredible and the rest of the staff to include Todd Nunis which was very up front from the beginning. Todd told me right out the gate that he wasn't going to string me along and he didn't. Everyone there was honest and very responsive. My Wife and I are very pleased and grateful.
