My experience with Alex Doce from First Community Mortgage was phenomenal. The entire process was…read moreextremely smooth from the initial pre-approval, appraisal, underwriting, and down to the closing. I found Alex solely by searching the web for local lenders and his name happened to come up on every platform I visited, so I took a leap of faith to trust the reviews and can now vouch for his raving reviews. It's only right I add my testimony. He works fast and is efficient. Thank you Alex for your knowledge, professionalism and service. All the best, Kim and Rafael

In short, Alex Doce came to my rescue in one of the most precarious situations I've ever been in…read morecertainly financially. I had made some bad decisions and planning and while there are plenty of opportunities, bridging the gap I had put myself in a situation where I'd overextended myself by trying to get extra credit cards etc, you know how that goes and I didn't think because I was too an experienced about getting a loan on the house that I inherited a little more than a half year ago. The first person who tried to and showed me that there was an option, something called a no-income/ verification loan. The riskiest for banks and only a selection places offer them, but the person that first reached out to me hid, despite my prying and trying to get more information, so much that when I got the disclosure papers or the closing documents I think he just expected me to sign because I was so in need. Well that wasn't going to happen, so I had to find someone else, and I stayed up all that Friday night and on that Saturday morning Alex called me back from my messages. From there I dealt with a man I have utter respect for. He is hardworking, generous and not only with his time, we got to know each other actually quite well during this process and learn quite a bit about each other and had some very nice conversations, but with the difficulty that I was facing he even took half of his normal fee to help me out in my situation. I never asked for that. He just did it and I just got the paperwork stating that he was doing it. He's just the type of person. I learned a lot about his history and everything he had gone through and his struggles to make it in life, and it shows in his determination and dedication and work ethic. I don't know how he does it, but he works at a feverish pace for I don't know how many hours a day but I think our regularly 10 or 11, and then works a good part of Saturdays as well. And when you talk to him it's during this time it's all business and then he's back to work taking care of it and calling you back a few minutes later with a problem solved. An expectation that was reasonable just so it wouldn't be disappointed if it didn't take the last time, and it did take less time which I'll tell you about, but he said that we would be able to get it done within about a month or less and I would have my money. If it wasn't just for one particular thing that held things up for a week, I would have had it in about half the time, and as it was we were still I believe a week or more early when the funds were deposited into my bank from when we began. He got great terms for my situation with a loan that's got the highest because of the risky nature of it, and he explained to everything that I asked. He was transparent. Everything that you want to find when you put your trust in somebody for things like this, things you've worked so long for and you're hard earned money. I could go on but I'll just finish by saying that I couldn't recommend any higher Alex with his character and abilities and I feel very grateful for having had the chance to work with him, and have him help me in my time even I want to say thank you Alex. I promise that if anybody who is reading this chooses to work with him, you will have a story of your own like this to tell about him that would be similar, at least in regards to Alex and everything that he would do for you and the experience you would have working with him. I can honestly wholeheartedly say that all of this is true, and this is just who he is, and you can expect that he'll do everything in his power and make sure that you have a good experience and success in your pursuits!..Andrew W.

A word of advice Ryan, when responding to try and save face for your company (if you are indeed the President--to which I have doubts too lol), you should actually follow-through with your word or else it's just unprofessional and incompetent. But hey, I didn't actually expect for you to truly make anything right as its a reflection of my horribly shady experience with Lenderfi to begin with. But my phone and email has not changed if you wanna reach out lol

This was my first time refinancing and I don't have many friends who have gone through the home…read morebuying process to review things with so I spent a lot of time researching. I was already ready to lock down with a different lender this time for refinancing after going on Costco, Bankrate, NerdWallet, CreditKarma. And while the interest rate was great, the OTHER LENDER was crystal clear about the fees being $3500. LUCKILY, I shopped around one more time right as I was about to sign away (the other lender had already pulled my credit report). I got a hold of Michael from LenderFi and he called me right away to answer some questions. He was confident he could beat whatever I had, based on all my information, but I still wasn't sure. Michael also explained other scenarios to me and encouraged me to not buy down the rate in my specific situation, and also continued to explain other things further which I couldn't understand from just the internet alone. We went over the costs, Michael was able to get me the same rate the OTHER LENDER offered, but HALF the fees. On top of that, LenderFi was able to provide me lender credits to cover those fees. I was able to get a no-cost refinance that made sense (let me make clear it was actually no-cost - the fees were NOT rolled into my loan). I just signed all the paper work today to complete my refinance. I compared the Closing Disclosures to what I had with my ORIGINAL mortgage and I appreciate how much easier and clear-cut the cost breakdown was. The fees and line items were super simple - there weren't a thousand lines, and nothing ambiguous. My old Closing Disclosure (Costco Lender) had a crazy amount of line items for things that weren't clearly explainable. Even the comparable items, ex. notary were cheaper (and they came to me! Last time I had to go to the notary and it cost twice as much)! The entire process was transparent for me which I greatly appreciate. The transparency they were able to give me versus the other lenders gave me so much less anxiety about the entire thing. I totally recommend Michael Urnecli and Rebecca Jackson any time.
