Disgusting bank! Three weeks ago the teller didn't cash my check and deposit cash they deposited…read morethe check instead and I couldn't access the cash for three days. This AM I received an email. My account was overdrawn by 19$. If I make a deposit today I won't be charged the overdraft fee. That was stated in the email. I was charged an overdraft fee. I called the bank and they said well you may have had one overdraft fee returned previously. I told the rep on the phone the email clearly does not indicate that. So in essence what we have here is fraud misrepresentation, illegal and unethical. it should be clearly stated I'm sure the banks lawyers are aware of this contractual fact. More disgusting corporate greed. The first point with the teller depot error when I called back I was very polite and she hung up on me. Crazy

PNC doesn't care about you. That's all there is to it. I got scammed with a fake number that called…read morefrom pncs number and mislead me into believing that I needed to send money to protect my account and when I realized it was a scam I had already lost about $6,500 and PNC didn't give a damn at all. all they saw was that I pushed the button and therefor authorized the transaction. So with this, never say you won't get scammed because it's only a matter of time before they find a way to deceive you and it is t as simple as I'm putting it as here. But just know that PNC will not protect your money from authorized scam transactions. Meaning if you we deceived into sending money and you try to argue with them, they will not consider it fraud because of that basis alone, you pressed the button, though funny enough they never called me to verify that I was aware of the large number of funds being sent and that's another thing to take note of with them. they will absolutely let you fail to protect your own funds because they don't have any obligation to do better than let you bank with them,

Once you start the loan process, everything changes, I mean everything. Communications stops, not difficult, but non-existent. Empty promises and met with excuses. When Loan approval went long, I could not give my landlord a convened move out date, I had to pay an additional months rent, Eddy proudly announced he would pay for the additional months rent, Great, nice gesture, but never a word about it and no money, empty promises. yes, it did cost me an additional $1750 in rent. Yes, there was a closing. I was informed the morning of the closing, "sorry I forgot". 30 minutes post closing, after I got back to the office, EMERGENCY, they needed a verification paper from my employer. After the Closing? this caused issued with my employer, what he was asking for was outside our HR policies, he pushed and pushed. 2 week post closing, I here from Foundation. "We NEED to come into you house for a post hurricane inspection. All we NEED is pictures of everything inside". I told them NO. For 2 weeks, Eddy called me complaining about not getting paid, loosing the ability to work with lenders and issues with his license if I don't allow them access for an interior photo shoot. This also came with the threat of foreclosure if I don't comply. Do yourself a favor, Stay away from Foundation Mortgage, and stay away from doing business with Eddy Ramirez. He is self serving and egotistical. If everything he was doing was in my behalf, then why wasn't there communication. Why were there promises made with no follow through at, if not for self serving needs. Stay Away. Stay Away. Stay Away
