They then showed up at 2pm, they called me and I was already gone at this point, they said they would contact me the following week to get a different date set up. I got home and the work was done trash and nails eveywhere!!! Now got a bill and its way higher then they talked about..even added an excessive amount of rain and ice shield that my insurances says they will not pay. Would not recommend this company to anyone period.!

We had already had one snow storm and more loomed on the horizon. The owner of the company painting our home and doing other exterior restoration (Kasie with North Fork Restoration and Paint) recommended Diamond Roofing. Whether kismet or fortuitous coincidence, Tony and his crew happened to be working on our neighbor's roof right then! We rushed across the street to explain our situation and beg for help. Tony met the other (absentee) roofer's estimate and had the work done the next week. Our roof looks awesome! Tony was our Johnny-on-the-spot! Tony and his crew at Diamond Roofing were fast, professional, efficient, and cleaned up the area around the house so that you did not even know roofers had been there. Aaron worked with us to make sure the next one we ordered would fit well on our cement patio. He was in constant communication from start to finish. He installed our new one and went above and beyond our expectations. The bolts that were sent were too small and he felt that wouldn't keep our gazebo secure. He went out and purchased stronger bolts to be sure it held during strong winds. We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

I called Loyal on a Friday morning simply to ask for a quote on fixing an outside leaking faucet…read more It wasn't an emergency, and I never scheduled an appointment. The following Tuesday, I get a call from a technician saying he's on his way to my house -- completely out of the blue. Loyal scheduled the appointment without ever contacting me or getting my approval. Then, two days later, I receive a $100 bill for "dispatch and arrival of technician"... for an appointment I never scheduled, a faucet that had already been fixed by someone else, and a tech I only spoke to on the phone. How does that make any sense? To make matters worse, no one will answer the phone so I can ask why I was charged or tell them I won't be paying for a service I never agreed to. The lack of communication and the unauthorized scheduling is absolutely ridiculous.
