I booked an appointment a week in advance providing the type of tint I was wanting (ceramic) and…read morethe exact percentages. Once I brought my vehicle in they once again asked me what it was I was wanting and I gladly reminded them. After almost 3 hours my vehicle was ready, I immediately knew it was not what I was wanting and asked the associate if it was ceramic tint as he replied with "oh you wanted ceramic?" once he checked his notes he realized it was written down and they gladly redid it. Another 3 hours passed when it was once again ready and I noticed so many bubbles on the back window as well as a big bubble on the passenger side door with a leaking mess on my front windshield; I'm not new to tint and i'm aware that it needs time to fully settle and cure however after a full week there was no improvement. Not only was it not cheap but I waisted so much time just to be fully unsatisfied. I called them to ask if we can redo the back window and they agreed and after much consideration I decided to have it removed knowing that I would not be receiving a refund. The quality is simply not there as it is smokey when the sun hits this tint, hopefully this helps someone as i've never once before thought about writing a review until now. I still wonder if they would've tried to charge me for ceramic tint if I hadn't noticed the first time. 1 star is generous.
